Most people don’t think or use any strategy when they date. They date whoever they find attractive and who likes them back and contrary to TRP a lot of people prefer not to jump from one partner to another. Some date with a goal in mind - get married, have kids, some are there just for fun and maybe they’ll consider serious dating if they meet the right person.

My husband and I started dating at 16, we were in for fun and sex. Fell in love, started cohabitating and figured out we want to spend our lives together. No strategy was needed. Most my cousins did serial monogamy dating and they married in their middle-late 20s. Again, no strategy needed.

To be honest I stopped reading after you used the word cucked.

Mating strategies is part of evolutionary psychology, which in and of itself is a theoretical framework and approach, and not factual. Not yet anyway. Way more studies are needed to call it an official field.

As a result nothing within that field should be taken at face value or as fact, yet I see it touted as fact in here often.

If a serious relationship & marriage is desired, it should be found before aging begins to degrade beauty in order to secure the highest value man possible.

How soon are we talking? I would say that my options at from about 18-32 were about the same.

If a serious relationship and marriage is not desired, marrying and divorcing a middle-class man for alimony is an option.

This isn't a strategy for anybody because the lifestyle hit of being a divorced mother will supersede any child support/alimony all but the wealthiest men provide. That being said, an average women can marry up quite a bit in terms of money if they are willing to go much older.

Actual cuckoldry is pretty rare. It’s to the advantage of both average and unattractive men to find long-term relationships.

If a high value man wants a family, then it’s to his advantage to find one too. Although it’s to his advantage to stay single and not marry, there is a social benefit to being married, so many high value men do it anyway.

If a high value man doesn’t want a family and he feels that he doesn’t need the social benefit of being married, then it’s to his sexual advantage to stay single and essentially be polygynous, although I feel this is personally an emotionally empty lifestyle. High value ladies men who aren’t emotionally dead should at least consider serial monogamy or perhaps open but loving relationships.

I’m an average guy and am happily married. Most average women who are married to average men aren’t out to cuck the men who they are emotionally attached to unless something is going wrong with the marriage.

I agree that I could have hypothetically spent my youth having commitment sex with many conventionally attractive men. However, I'm an inherently monogamous person and instead spent it having commitment free sex with just one average man. We are not married, we don't live together, we don't share finances, I'm not a part of his family nor he a part of mine, and I pay for all our "dates" since I'm debt free and make more than him.

Basically, my strategy was to find a man who would wait for me to be comfortable with sharing my virginity, and then if he was really good at sex I'd stay. Thankfully he is a sex god, so I didn't have to seek out any other men.

This part is very confusing. Since I don't want a serious relationship or marriage, it does not make any sense to waste my time, money, or irritation of dealing with the government going through that process.

I don't want marriage, ergo I am not getting married, which is the far better and free option lol.

I would say I’m an average woman.

I started dating my husband when I was 19. He thinks I’m a 10/10 but I’d say we’re both average from an objective standpoint. I’m his “ideal type” physically.

My “strategy” is simple:

I’m giving my “prime” (according to the redpill) years to my husband even though he’s nowhere near his “prime.” I’m loyal to him. I love him. I have stayed with him during the hardest times and I am busting my butt to help manage his finances since he has zero idea what to do with money. I’ve been paying off his debt, working on an emergency savings fund, and begging him to sign up for his 401k and a Roth IRA. I also want an HSA because this man has chronic kidney stones and it is costly.

Once he is in his prime, I expect him to reciprocate my loyalty. Even if younger women flirt with him, throw themselves at him - I expect him to stay loyal. Because I was loyal in my prime.

Even when I have sagging breasts and stretch marks and wrinkles, I expect him to stay loyal. Because I was loyal when he was broke and needed a ride to work every morning and wasting his money on weed that he smoked 24/7.

Basically: I love him. When he was at his worst I loved him and when he is at his best I will love him. I expect the same in return.

My husband was not “high value” (according to the redpill) when I chose him. Actually, I’m certain redpilled men would put him in the “unattractive man” category based on his height. But I saw that he had a good work ethic and a desire to change his bad habits, and I decided that I would build a better life with him. And that’s what we’ve been doing.

I completely disagree, and will add that this is very, very stupid. Things are not true just because you say them. In this instance you make a series of "factual statements" to support your theory, but those statements have no basis in fact, and you provide no support for them.

Even if one gets past the objective stupidity of this, you in no way account for the subjectivity that is inherent in the choices people make for a long-term relationship.

And even if you get past the subjective nature of choosing a mate, you in no way account for the actual nuts and bolts of being married or in a long term relationship. Marriage is hard for everyone, and how you cope has nothing to do with your theories of "attractiveness". Trying to categorize it based on how someone looks is downright silly in light of the reality of marriage, life, careers, family, etc., etc.

And even if you get past the stupidity of completely ignoring the ins and outs of a day to day marriage, you in now way account for how the law works with respect to "divorcing for alimony." (Which by the way as a legal matter is NOT how it works).

Essentially what you have set up here are not strategies but a permission structure for failure. If one truly attempts to apply these "strategies" or decide to see the world this way, they will fail, unless the end goal is to post.

Attractive men are tall, handsome, and well-endowed. These men can have commitment-free sex with many attractive and average women. A serious relationship and marriage is risky, but being physically attractive will decrease the chances of being cucked and divorced.

That's the category I'm in...though, I feel awkward acknowledging it so explicitly like that.

I'm older now and could still do pretty well if I wanted. When younger, the part about "can have commitment-free sex with many attractive and average women" was certainly true. Like I said, I even still could...they let you know without coming out and saying it, but these days it seems like more trouble than it's worth.
