I thought Musk was supposed to be making this a free speech platform. didn't use any slurs or anything. Not sharing the username for privacy reasons (same reason I don't want to give Twitter my number to appeal) but basically she said approximately "This is already happening with men in charge, and women already do all this work" (referencing electrics, plumbing, sewerage, oil drilling etc).

My reply, which I don't have verbatim because I was locked out, was roughly "WTF are you even talking about? Does your toilet work? You have lights? How are you using the internet? And that's just factually wrong. Women make up less than 10% in most of these professions, by and large, they aren't doing this work."

I got a warning that "most users on Twitter don't post this kind of thing", and chose to post anyway, because there's nothing violating anything in there. I assume this tweet is what got me banned within an hour but I don't know for sure (because I can't do ANYTHING without giving my private phone number), but none of my other posts made any harsher claims or contained anything that could be considered threatening or even a slur directed at anyone. Just saying women don't, and don't want to, do these jobs by and large. The person I was replying to included an image in their response saying that "Sometimes you just have to end a man", at least, that's my recollection. Apparently I was more hateful than that.

Just posting to say, weird that you can now call people slurs and only be signal dampened, but arguing against a feminist is grounds for suspension.
