Depending on where you live, you might be living in a common law territory which means you are effectively married. I suggest talking with a lawyer before moving out, even if the lease comes up in July. My old neighbour was on the hook (legally) as his former live-in GF/SO went to get a lawyer to serve him with papers because he wanted to exit the lease early and they didn't even have kids. Do some research first before committing to anything - STFU.
