I'm just going to express my opinion blatantly: without fixing the empathy gap, there will never be equality.

Everything related to human society, be it moral standards, cultures, politics, laws, are all created caters to basic human emotions, what is considered good or what is considered evil no matter the process, in the end it will always be determined by the emotional perception of the general populace.

No matter how many post you created exposing gender inequality, no matter how many true statistic you provide to prove it, when people have no empathy for your gender to begin with, it will not draw any attention. Without drawing attentions, nothing will ever come out of it, and you will never receive help.

The reason feminists are so successful is because they have a good foundation to begin with, even before feminism was a thing, in a traditional society, the male/female empathy gap was already there, it was always there. Be it feminism or traditionalism, they are all gynocentric.

Tradcon being the biggest offender here for men not being able to close empathy gap, if you look closely at traditional doctrine regarding what it is to be a man, basically every criteria is aimed to dehumanize men. Stereotypical traits like be strong, be stoic, be emotionless, be brave, be responsible, be adaptive, all these traits eliminates the possible empathy to be received from the outside/others, while those opposite traits (that stereotypically inhibits a woman) like, be weak, be sensitive, be emotional, be gentle, be childish, all these trait contributes to being easily empathized by the outside/others. The traditional gynocentric gender model was designed to sustain that empathy gap between men and women which ultimately leads to where we are today.

If you could fix one thing in a hypothetical setting, altering empathy gap will have prolonged effect out of all. Laws, cultures and even moral standards will eventually change, its only a matter of time if empathy gap is closed.

I believe tradcons mentality in men's right movement are like a trojan horse, the right wing thinking of promoting traditional masculine traits might make you feel validated temporarily, but it will make sure men in general will never break the cycle of gynocentrism (its like addictive food but bad for your health).

For one that supports Men's right that is also a transgender such as myself, this contrast to me is much clearer, albeit being a transgender have its own share of problems (such as suffering from dysphoria and transphobism), but our group generally do not have this doctrine of gender role to dehumanize us from the within, and I think that is the core problem within men's right, or even cis men in general (It hurts me to see that tradcon figures such as Andrew Tate gets so much recognition by younger generation of men).
