For the mothers of RPW: how do RPW principles apply to pregnancy and early motherhood? How do femininity and submission look like in this phase of life? Tips, reflections... stuff you wish you'd known / you'd do differently / you'd do the same... anything really. Thanks!

For context: I'm expecting my first. I'm at that stage of pregnancy where I can still bend down - I just don't know if I'll be able to get up. Tying my shoelaces was much easier when I could see my feet. I'm very happy but I'm big, tired, still nauseated, emotional, grumpy, a bit anxious/controlling, and my sex life went from great to non existent. My wonderful husband is doing so much for us, while I can't do half the things I used to... I feel such a burden. Of course he says that growing our baby is all I need to do right now - and I can't even thank him with a BJ.

Suggestions, commiseration and reality checks are all VERY welcome (but gentle please, I could cry. Sigh.).
