My wife and I are currently in California with two kids. We came here for 5 months from Washington for work, my job sent me here. She decided that she doesn't want to go back to Washington and will file for divorce here in California. We own a home in Washington and that's where my job is located. I have to go back to Washington because my employer called me back, but she says that she isn't going to come with. Her plan is to keep the kids down here and start a new life. She has no job and is currently staying with a family member in a small house that can't accommodate the kids. Any advise? Or am I just screwed?
