I need some advice

My ex is hiding assets. While I don’t have definitive proof, the numbers just don’t add up.

She makes more than I do. Her tax returns demonstrate its 2.5x. However she took over a year to produce them and only then at the last minute.

She recently got child support and maintenance modified using ONLY her affidavit. No proof of income. When my attorney brought up the lack of documentation, the judge bought the argument that “she’s not a salaried employee,” so she can’t show her regular income. I’m like “she can try…..”

I’ve made formal discovery requests and filed a motion to compel. Opposing counsel has lied and said “my ex produced it all, your attorney lost it.” I said that’s impossible because you produced it in drop box, so there is a digital record. If it’s gone, it’s because you removed it. Judge didn’t care.

My ex was “awarded” $200,000” in commingled assets from an ira at a non binding Pretrial (as in the judge said he would award it). The law is supposed to be that commingled assets are joint. She said $200,000 was premarital. I recognized I was going to lose the issue, so I said, “Judge, can we at least get the statement?” He said, “testimony is evidence, and I’m going to find her credible.” He awarded her $200,000 on her word alone.

Btw - my ex has a history of lying on previous financial affidavits. She got caught. I filed a motion to reconsider an attempt to get attorneys fees based on her demonstrable lies. Judge didn’t care. He said that her lies were an issue for trial. As in, she can lie, withhold evidence and the only way I can prove it is if I take all the time, money and stress and go to trial.

I’m losing my mind here. I can’t believe how absolutely unjust this whole thing has been. And that’s just the money side. I’m now an every other weekend dad based on her testimony alone and when I have demonstrable evidence showing she is wrong, it’s not even looked at by the judge.

Anyone ever been in a similar situation? Any advice?

I seriously am going to be broke at the end of this and I can’t believe she’s just been allowed to testify to everything, with no proof, and she wins every time. And no, I’m really not exaggerating. This keeps happening.
