Honestly gymcelling is probably one of the better copes. It’s good for your body, it gives you endorphin rushes like no other cope, and if you’re a sub5 gymcel who’s noticeably jacked, people won’t try to fuck with you in social situations.

That's me. during my 20s, I listened to TRP. I put on 60 lbs of muscle from gym and steroids. But you are right, it did nothing, never got a date from 1 girl I approached (0/300). But guess what? I still lift cuz it's fun. It's something in my life I see improvement, results are under my control, and that I now love doing.

Well…. for one thing working out is good for you, even if someone is doing it hoping to get women, the health benefits are all still there. Even then, while I disagree with the motive of going to the gym for others (go for yourself and your own well being), its still putting in an effort and trying - so at the very least that’s commendable.

Eh. Not looking like a breeze could blow you over isn't just for getting laid. It's also for getting a little damn respect in situations that could become violent, and looking visibly like you're capable of stuff. That's useful for getting and keeping work in some parts of the economy too... it's literally the most visible male advantage in obtaining jobs like bartender or supermarket worker or gardener. The girls maximise by looking pretty, the guys maximise by looking physically competent.

Guy I know never could get an permanent ok-ish job until he got fit. We used to joke if it involved a shovel and getting no respect that was where you'd find him. Shoveling almonds was typical. Then he got visibly fit and got a better more interesting job at a camera store. Store owner hired pretty girls and strong looking guys. There's lots of employers like that.

Also you've probably no idea what they looked like facially before the work they put in... maybe they looked just as bad but effeminate too.
