"Real" man is a manipulation. You're either a man, woman, or child.

"Real" man positions itself on what you haven't done, which is innumerable. But it ignore what you have done. It puts you in a neverending debt for whoever would use this tactic on you.

The best bet is to ignore the person and leave their presence

There's no such thing as a real man. Real "man/women" is a manipulation tactic to get people to do what society says for society's benefit. You're either XY chromosome adult male MAN or you are a XX chromosome adult female WOMAN. We should all look out for our own best interest such as our needs, our wants, and our desires. You can also do what God says to do to your specific religion.

Ask a woman what's a real apple.

She will describe a statistically typical apple, the description would fit the majority of such items.

But then ask a woman what is a real man like.

And you will hear a description of someone who doesn't exist. The description would hardly fit any real person.

Bottom line. You don't have to worry about their own issues in their own heads.

Like average dudes are invisible to them, women with such issues should be invisible to you.

Just exist in different worlds with them. If that means excluding all the women currently in your social circle, fine.

Also, just for giggles, whenever you hear about "real men", strike back with "real women" comeback hahaha.

The Way of Men by Jack Donovan defines masculinity pretty well, although it acknowledges that masculinity is hard to define objectively. Different men define masculinity as different things.

I don't think there's anything wrong with holding men to a high standard, but men should also be allowed to hold women to a high standard.
