German-speaking countries must abolish what we call "gender madness":

Although a noun is formed from a verb by removing/adding the ending "en" -> "er": teaching -> teacher, feminists have managed to introduce "teacheresse" as a new neutral form, even though that only means women.

This language should be banned because it is discriminatory.

In Poland I would

Make the retirement age equal for men and women (right now 60 for women, 65 for men).
Make the retirement pensions be calculated with the gender specific life expectancy (right now calculated with an average life expectancy for men & women, meaning women get higher pensions than they should at the expense of men)
Equilze rules governing admission to prisons. Right now women automatically by law get better conditions and lower security prisons.
Make the work norms the same for men and women, or leave the current norms but have men get an additional bonus. Currently men by law are determined to be able to lift more weight at work, but cannot recive more money than women because of it. Which means women earn the same for less work.
Make the obligatory nutrition bonus either equal for men and women or higher for men. Right employers are obliged to provide more calories for a female worker than for a male worker despite men requiring more calories and having higher work norms than women.
Make conscription in case of war either obligatory for both sexes. Actually that would still end up with women getting preferential treatment working behind the lines, at safer positions or having to do less work then men, while giving a false illusion of equality. Therefor I would rather have men get some kind of a bonus, maybe lower taxes, maybe more say in elections for the fact that in the case of a crisis they can be drafted. Afterall, them fighting the war (and wining it) would literally be the reason why a state offering any rights would exist.
Conduct a detailed study on what young boys and girls need in education, and try to make education fit the needs of the genders more.
Focus on men's health and making the life expectancy gap between men and women similar to what it is in places like Holland or smaller.
Ban all (non-sports of course) gender-exclusinary competitions and scholarships. There cannot be women-only programs when there are no men-only programs. Otherwise there is no equlity.
Reform family courts to try to minimise the bias against fathers and men in general.
Repeal the law which allows women to have the police throw a men out of their own house if the women claims domestic violence. Potentially the law can be reintroduced after years of PSAs and huge campaigns talking about male victims of DV, women who lie about DV and female offenders.
Cut all government financing to feminist organizations.
Make genital mutilation illegal and punishable.
Make paterinity tests free and obligatory after the birth of the child, with paternity being based on the results of the test.
Make financial abortion a thing or at least make it so that raped men or men who's sperm has been stolen cannot be made to pay alimony.
Repeal the law which mandates no more than 65% of parlament candidates can be men.
Make parities in companies illegal, make raises and promotions based on gender illegal.
Repeal the Istambul convention
Introduce an educational reform to remove misandry from school programs. Teaching kids about a supposed opressive patriarchy and presenting feminism as something positive is just not acceptable. Schools celebrating women getting voting rights when men in my country got voting rights literally in the same year (simultanously, with the same law) is just faking history.
Try to reduce the systemic, financial transfer of money from men to women. Currently women get significantly more out of the system then they put in. At the expense of men of course.
Make marriage a good deal for the men as well.
Make alternating care of the children the defult after divorce (no alimony for either party) and make alimony tables so that the court can't just make up some ridicules amount and force the man to pay.

All that and we would be on the right course to equility, but definately still not equal...

In Canada:

Make male genital mutilation illegal on infants/newborns.
Improve fathers' rights and standardize paternity tests.
Get rid of any discriminatory or misandric practices that seek to alienate, exclude or disadvantage men. This could be anything from women's only gyms, to discrimination in life/car insurance, to affirmative action on the basis of gender, and everything in between.
Address the general bias against men that is widespread within our culture, from universities to police training, to social services and judicial rulings. this also includes alimony rulings.
Get rid of the nordic model, which targets and criminalizes men, while also opening men up to all kinds of scams and extorsion and leaving both sex workers and men in positions which are unsafe and uncomfortable. Decriminalize sex work and look into ways to legitimize sex work, if not simply for the purpose of helping men develop the sexual skills that are expected of them in this current culture.
Tackle more of the predatory services that targets and exploits vulnerable men, which are mostly ignored compared to predatory services that target women. This could be anything from shady practices in dating apps to toxic/harmful marketing.
Get rid of male only conscription. Everyone who is able should be expected to help and support in an emergency situation.

plenty of other issues to address but that's the first that come to mind. Basically try to apply basic standards and perceptions of gender equality across the board, not just in the ways that benefit women.

If Nicola Surgeon and her legal cohorts (Dorothy Bain KC, Lady Dorrian KC) had been able to enact their vision prior to the trial of former First Minister Alex Salmond on groundless 'attempted rape' and sexual assault charges, the latter would be languishing in jail at this very moment. It was nothing more than a political assassination on a man who was attempting a political comeback, thereby threatening the position of Ms Sturgeon, First Minister at the time of the accusations. Giving women the power to enforce juryless trials on offences for which only men can be culpable (due to the way rape is defined) is an obvious abuse of power. Police forces in both GB and USA have found rates of false accusation which are at least 25%. Despite this, the Levitt Report, jointly authored by Alison Levitt QC, and Sir Keir Starmer (when he was Director of Public Prosecutions) have claimed a false accusation rate of only 0.6%, based on the failings of the system. The figure of 0.6% is the percentage of women who find themselves in the dock as a result of false accusation.

It was false accusation which sank the Salmond trial for the prosecution. A text revealed the message "looking forward to working with Alex again" from a 'victim' of 'attempted rape'... a year after the alleged 'offence', and long before the 'offence' was reported to the police. However, in the interim, Mr Salmond turned down her pet political project, leaving her with an axe to grind.

As women increasingly scale the echelons of power, men are increasingly vulnerable to false accusation as a means of removing them from the scene. With women at the top of politics and jurisprudence, society will drown in a sea of oestrogen-driven decision making, where utilitarian outcomes, to the benefit of women, are expected by the decision makers. Justice is a ship ready to depart at high tide.

I'd throw a lifebelt by making the crime of false accusation attract a jail term commensurate with that likely to be imposed were there a travesty of justice. And would throw in an additional five years as a deterrent.

I'm American. Here are some that I thought of off the top of my head:

Ban MGM. Equalize the draft or abolish it. Punish false accusers severely. No couple is eligible for a marriage license and the legal benefits of it until they've been together for at least 5 years. Get rid of alimony and child support in no fault divorce. Mandatory paternity tests before requiring a man to pay child support. Put all child support money on a debit card that can only be used to buy food, clothes, toys, school supplies, medicine, and other things for the child/children. Adultery, abuse, and false accusations of such automatically disqualify the guilty party from receiving alimony and/or child support. Start child custody negotiations at 50/50 by default. Stop the anti male discrimination in the education system. Teach boys not to simp and teach girls that they are not entitled to anything from anyone, but most especially men.

Reform title IX. Proportionality made sense in the 70s when women were a clear minority. Now undergrads are 60/40 female to male.

Alimony reform, one federal standard.

A lot of MRA issues are social trends that can't simply be fixed by legislation

Actual equal rights under the law, fair trials, assumption of innocence rather than guilt. All trials based on someone feeling threatened or other such criteria would have to have evidence of actual threats being issued, not merely what someone felt. Deeds would be valued and judged far more harshly than words.

Contracts, including verbal contracts would be considered ironclad, if recorded. You could trade goods or services for sex, but you couldn't withdraw your consent after the fact. Your best surety to avoid issues would either to be to follow through with your contracts or not enter into questionable ones.

I would end alimony and every divorce would divide financial support for children equally along with as equal visitation time as could be devised. The warning to both parents would be that improper parental behavior could see your privileges removed. In cases of both parents behaving badly the children would become wards of the state. DNA tests on newborns would be required as a matter of course.

I would encourage all citizens to emplace cameras with microphones everywhere, including their own homes. In court cases regarding events in those locations I would make it supremely easy for courts to access that footage.

I suspect both more men & more women would end up in legal troubles in the short-term. In the long-term I suspect it would benefit men dramatically as false accusations would, effectively, almost cease.

I would do what I could to make rape and sexual assault allegations and claims a priority. Unprocessed and unaddressed legitimate rape cases perpetuate rape culture; which protects those who exploit the system as either the false victim or the actual criminal. This situation actually hurts men and women both. Actual cases of rape would be handled more expeditiously, and false allegations would be dismissed as false.

I would institute national parental leave for both parents. The bonds parents form with newborns are some of the most important bonds on our society, and men are essentially barred from participating.

I would end the selective service, retroactively.

I would somehow force pay transparency. And discrepancies based on age, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, or race would simply go away. By keeping things quiet, it only benefits employers that are shady.

I would encourage and foster collectives. Be it unions or communities or whatever. We are all better off when we work together, and we’re harder to divide when we share a bond with those around us.

I would end homelessness and provide comprehensive healthcare to everyone. Men are disproportionately effected by homelessness and bad healthcare.

I would provide a significant UBI to veterans. Veterans commit suicide at disproportionate rates and these deaths are disproportionately men.

Assuming I had free reign in the policies I placed, I would specifically codefy sexual violence, and intimate partner violence to be gender neutral.

I would also get rid of for profit prisons, instead elect for a prison system that focuses on rehabilitation rather than punishment, and start an audit program on prisons to make sure that funding that is going into them is being spent appropriately, and that corners aren't being cut and the extra money pocketed by greedy assholes.

I would also rework the court systems so that nonviolent crimes get lesser sentences, and make it illegal for judges to give women lesser sentences for the same crime, which is audited yearly.

I would also get rid of for profit rehab facilities that don't actually help those fighting addiction stay sober.

I would codefy workers rights including a living minimum wage for anyone working 32 hours a week, make it determined by county cost of living because not everywhere in the country experiences the same cost of living, and codefy 16 weeks full pay maternity and paternity leave, half endorsed through the government.

I would also put as much funding into prostate cancer research as is breast cancer since the infliction rate is about the same yet prostate cancer is heavily lacking funding.

Oh, and to pay for it, I would make it illegal for people to use stocks as collateral for loans, and institute a 95% tax on those who make more than $10million.

I’d get the ERA passed and then show all the laws and practices that discriminate against men are in violation and need to be changed.

Under the ERA, male only selective service, affirmative action for women, women owned businesses advantages, denying victim resources to men, insurance biases, women only agencies, etc would all be illegal. One could argue that under the ERA the discrimination against males in education would need to be reversed. One could argue that colleges denying accused men due process procedures is a violation.

The ERA if passed and if enforced (big if) would require many practices of discrimination against men cease.

Rape can only have charges pressed against it if the woman has evidence. I have more ideas, but overall women wouldn't be able to fall back on the government because of their own shortcomings.

Eliminate lengthy alimony.
Have "paper abortions" consistent with the legal level of abortions.
Clearly define rape and sexual assault and give victims of false accusations of those offenses (with their clear definitions) an easier path to seek civil remedies for libel and slander when call rapists or sexual assaulters in social settings or social media.

Separate but equal. Segregation is perfectly ok provided both sides are given equal opportunities and resources. If men and women go to school and work in separate environments they will both have the opportunity to be successful without hurting eachother and being able to play the victim card all the time. My friends who went to an all guys catholic high school turned out way better in life than most people I know. They found loyal and loving relationships with decent women while my friends who went to normal high schools grew up to be man whores for the most part who put pussy over everything else.

Where I live women get to retire way before men. And if they have 3 child they basically don't have to pay taxes (only the mother).
