I have a few posts detailing everything if you care to read all of it, but for this post I wanted feedback from other Men who have maybe been in the same spot...

[very] abbreviated Backstory: Wife was SAHM, graduated college started working and started cheating with someone at work. I played pick me for a short time then divorced her. She moved out and lived with AP, who in December of last year beat the shit out of her. We are still waiting on a payout from my 401K and I offered that she could live as a roommate in my house until that payout happens + 30 days (as per our actual decree), provided she cut all ties with AP. Later I caught her with AP again and am kicking her out of my house. She actually had a lawyer threaten to challenge our MSA in court to go after child support, but that fell apart on her.

So now that she knows she's on a short time limit and I'm "forcing" her to move back in with AP she's dragging her feet about leaving and trying to do whatever she can to not go. Here are some of the things I've been told over the last two days:

"You deserve so much better"

"I'll never give up hope for us"

"I'm going to convince myself to move back in with him for you, because you deserve what you want for once"

"I wish I could have you by my side while I work on myself and then fix us"

"life is so boring without you..."

"I can't afford to live on my own because I didn't go after child support and I know that I had a lawyer send you a letter, but I would never actually go through with it." (combining a few statements into one)

"I only contacted him because I was drunk that night and we aren't together but I want us to be... I just needed a plan B because I can't afford to live on my own!" (combining a few things she said into one here)

"nobody wants to live with someone who has three kids." (two are mine, one I raised since he was fucking 4 - he's almost 14 now and is a great kid)

But the craziest thing is that when she literally begged me not to kick her out because she "knows that she can't live with him again" (I know for sure he wants her to move back in) I told her I'd let her stay here until the payout comes in, she just had to pay rent for the room and I didn't give two shits what she did, except that he would be arrested for trespassing if he came on my property. What'd she say?

"I don't know how to be here and not be with you"

I am not stupid and I don't think she has any "real" remorse whatsoever about cheating, but I am on the fence about this whole 'I don't want to live with him again.' To keep my kids away from that asshole I would put up with her crap for a while longer, but her insistence she doesn't have a choice and can't afford to live on her own gives me mixed feelings. She agreed to no child support with 50/50 custody because she was madly in love with AP (her version is because she cheated and didn't think I should have to pay child support...) and I guess thought they'd be together forever. I have zero intention of paying her child support outside of a court order, and we have a Texas MSA signed so I don't think that's going to happen. I don't want to let her stay here only for her to move back in with him anyway in a few weeks, or worse, me then have to evict Mom.

I'm not sure what to do.
