That is a list of IOI's. Employing several of them in order to create a framework and pattern for him to recognize is needed though. There are strong ones and weak ones, so try finding a balance and which ones to employ in certain situations.

• If you're talking to a cashier and she tells you for any reason when she gets off work, she wants you to come back.

• If a girl gives you her number, on some level she is interested. Meaning she gives it to you without you prompting her first, though often if she gives it to you after you ask her it still means she's interested*

• Physical touching while a girl is having a conversation with you usually means she is interested.

• Any time a girl seems to giggle WAY more than she should during a conversation, it means she is interested.

• If a girl you're not very close friends with mentions the fact she broke up with her ex and is looking for someone new, by God make a move! She is interested. This could mean it's just a rebound relationship, but nonetheless she's interested

• A girl almost never talks about wanting a one night stand to a guy unless she wants to with him. (This is more on the topic of sex than dating, but I thought I'd include it anyway)

• This one blows my mind that some guys miss! If a girl asks to sit next to you somewhere where there are other viable empty places/tables to sit at, she's interested!

• If a girl starts talking about "how well you two get along", she is interested in you.

• If a non-best friend girl is with her friends and ditches them to hang out with you, she is interested in you.

• If a girl tells you she's lonely at home (by means of text, E-Mail, FaceBook, phone, etc. etc.), she wants you to come over! She most likely is interested in you!

• If a girl says she's really cold in an obviously warm environment, she probably wants you to warm her up (either through a hug or occasionally offering your jacket chivalrously). She's interested in you.

• If a girl starts complaining about how all the guys just want her for sex, and that she wishes she had a sweet guy, she's interested in you. However, I can't guarantee she'd really be the type most guys would want to date. At the same time, this can be one of the few less obvious hints, where she is testing how you react and judging your answer to see if you're someone she's interested in.

• If a girl seems to be smiling with you way more than she does when she talks to other people, she's interested in you.

• I know it's cliche, but a lot of girls still twirl their hair when flirting. Girls usually stop doing this by the time they're 21.

• In most contexts, if a girl asks you how her outfit looks, she wants you to check her out. She is interested in you.

• If a girl talks about how long she spent getting ready and then asks your opinion on how she looks, she did it to impress you. (If she does this when you and her had specifically made plans to hang out, it's even more explicit. Exceptions to this rule are weddings, parties, etc. etc.)

• Any sort of playful horse play -- punching/pushing shoulder, etc.

• Touching leg when displaying interest in the conversation

• Touching arm is the same but less intensified

• Legs accidentally touching under table, then not moving. Usually this escalates till it's pretty clear it's no longer an accident and is comfortable.

• Putting hand on guy's chest when listening, or in photos, almost like petting.

• Sitting on lap

• Tickling fights

• Leaning in on each other

• Pressing breasts against the guy when the opportunity arises (e.g. doorways/comparing height/hugs)

• Comparing hand size, but touch

• Not withdrawing from the guy's touch. (Close distance in general)

• Hand on small of back (guy move only)

Body language:

• Eye fucking -- eye contact which definitely isn't accidental. Best from a distance which is too far to speak over.

• Nervousness

• Twirling hair.

• Scratching hand/wrist.

• Cocking head, which displays interest (in general).

• Mirroring behaviour

• Wetting lips (anticipation of kissing)

• Making petulant back-and-forth faces against each other (e.g. sticking out tongue)

• Becoming flushed (relatively hard to fake)

• Going out of way to display cleavage or skin (or even underwear, etc.)

• When sitting down, rubbing inside of thighs (Quite forward...)

• Rubbing thighs together (Even more forward. You want to fuck right now -- girls sometimes do this when they're turned on because it apparently feels good. I'm sure most can imagine why.)

• Allow yourself to be talking together in relative isolation (i.e. no friends in your conversation).

• Exchanging items which will need to be recovered later/ensure future meeting, e.g. borrowing a lighter, or owing drinks.

Verbal

• Exchanging contact details.

• Disagreeing but maintaining a happy vibe nonetheless.

• Asking what you're doing later

• Asking where you live

• Assuming he has a girlfriend

• Asking relationship status

• If the conversation dies, you try to reinitiate

• Offering to buy or asking for drinks.

• Talking about sex and relationships

• Creating a 'we' relationship, e.g. we should get shots

• Doing favours.

• Kisses in text messages

Give them an opening. Make yourself approachable.

Hangout at spots where there are a lot of guys and they’ll usually come talk to you.

If you’re drinking age. Having a drink alone at the bar will usually invite an approach. You can do this at the beach or park or sometimes even a coffee shop. Just make eye contact and smile.

Most of the time girls never approach a guy due to fear of rejection . So, from my prospective this is how I find if a girl is interested in me. I look for signals like eye contact, smile and if a guy is really interested in you and has balls to approach he will approach. Most of the time guys are too scared to approach and if this is the case you look for signals if he is giving you eye contact or smile and go for an approach. This is not only you 95% of girls want man to make first move.

You're going to have to try something really terrible and have it not work, you're going to have to taste self-loathing and rejection like a man does, while hopefully not turning into a bastard because of it. Wake up and smell the valley of disgust for your own actions you need to tolerate.

Or um...try bringing up his attractiveness in conversation at one point in a very un-forward way, then at some point touch his shoulder or something in a rather more forward way. That will probably be enough. If you do only one or the other there is more of a chance you will be perceived as overly friendly and not horny. That is my advice, flirt to some degree, be physical to some degree. Probably good enough to work on a guy who likes you and not make you suffer too much at whatever place you are doing this.

Ma principale suggestion, surtout en France, serait d’essayer de t’introduire dans ses sorties / soirées. Si tu l’entends parler d’une soirée au bar prévue avec des potes, vas y aussi — soit par invitation soit par « coïncidence ». Si tu fais partie de leur groupe d’amis tu pourra trouver un moyen d’être en petits groupes avec lui et c’est un coup sûr pour pouvoir lui faire de beaux yeux et communiquer ton intérêt sans le faire directement.

Je pense que tu serais mieux de flirter ouvertement — lui mettre la main sur le bras ou la poitrine, faire la bise plus sérieusement qu’au autres et avec plus de proximité, proposer ouvertement qu’il soit ton chauffeur pour des sorties (si vous partez en bagnole). Ou tout simplement leurs demander si ils veulent prendre un café ou une bière.
