Rule #1… before venturing out into dating, be ok with the situation. Take the time to heal and find yourself again. Don’t waste anyone’s time with dating if you aren’t truly there. Revenge dating or whatever try one of those dating apps…. But this may even bite you back. Let things happen as they should. People don’t need coaching when it comes to connecting with someone worth connecting with.

Darn you're getting adventurous for only 3 weeks after 10yrs and 2 kids.

My situation is identical to yours and it's been over 2yrs and my heart is still hurting enough where I can't bring myself to date. I also use to be great with the ladies but turned my "player card" in when I got hitched and I don't know where I put my card lol

It is an internal game you are probably still in shock get out focus on your kids, work and a hobby or two for a while get to a place where you are content with yourself and once that happens I would consider turning to r/women and r/dating for their opinions because not just one person is a guru on dating or knows all the answers (if you need help with something in the first place) I find I go with my gut most of the time anyways and see what the majority thinks to make adjustments.

I'll second Mark Manson, but maybe don't be as radically honest as he is. Often women cheat because of a big problem in the relationship. Have you and her had a real conversation about what happened and whether the marriage is salvagable?

Todd V on youtube is the only coach that worked for me. He doesn't waste time on self-help bullshit. He goes straight to the point in seduction and dating techniques. He is also very methodical. So if you have a very logical and methodical mind, like me, he is your guy. I've never spent a dime on it either, I just watched his free videos on youtube and learned a lot from it.

A lot of those bloggers I followed have somewhat stopped posting game stuff. Or some have converted their blog into pay to read membership type which infuriates me coz a lot of the things in that forum are fun to read and has been helpful information.
