• 'I am not good enough'

Not good enough for what?

To kiss a girl or guy? To have sex? To experience emotional and physical intimacy like a normal human being? Who or what determines whether or not you are good enough?

What needs to happen in order for you to finally feel good enough?

Think deeply about this. Meditate on it or write it down and then see how unrealistic the restrictions you or others imposed on yourself are and how much it makes you stagnate.

  • 'I am not ready for X'

You will never feel ready to approach a girl, to date, to have a relationship and to be vulnerable. Learn to do it anyway. Yeah, you might get hurt again but do you really want to live in fear until the day you die?

Create a life that would make your future self in his or her dying bed say: 'damn, what an amazing ride.'

  • 'All of it is the fault of feminism/the patriarchy'

Just no.

Where you are right now is the culmination of all the decisions and actions you took and of all the events which occured that brought you here.

Sure, you can blame angry feminists or evil patriarchal men for your shit love life but truth is, this wont get you anywhere. At best, it keeps you stuck in victimhood and in a place you don't want to be in. And I don't think any of you wants that.

  • 'I need to impress her/him'

Nope.

Your presence alone is always enough. You literally don't need to do anything else other than to be decent, look presentable and just being there. If people don't like your presence, then they just don't belong in your life. No need to try hard to impress them or get them to like you.
