I've kind of challenged myself to go and sustain conversation for a while and see how I can do. By this point, keeping a conversation going is nothing, conversation threading is becoming second nature

I spent the entire lunch period (1 hour 20 minutes) talking with one girl, went to a restaurant with another and just got driven home (20 minutes) by a third. That's been the past few days, and I'm kind of happy with myself about that and have pretty much begun to understand that girls will do 90% of the talking in a conversation anyways

But I've found these conversations to be dry on my part. The girls keep the conversation going, one even started telling me a sexual story (we were talking about trips we've taken and she threw it in) but on the overall the conversation seems...dry. How do I really engage girls and myself into these conversations and make the talk memorable?

I hope you guys know what I mean. There's conversation, then there's conversation. I want the second, how do I make that happen?
