Let's get some fresh ideas here so people can finally stop asking for opinions about jealous ex-girlfriends :)

Inspired by this thread. Apparently one of the things I invented from the top of my head already even got somebody a number close, and I am far from a seduction/opener genius compared to some of you guys here.

We once had a similar 'common shit tests and good responses to them' thread that I still remember as awesome, so who knows maybe we'll come up with similarly great stuff here.

These are what I came up with in that thread, I'll put them here for illustration and to kick things off:

  • Shirts 'what do you think of a guy wearing a pink shirt? Gay or shows he has confidence?'
  • Energy drinks 'hey, I just downed 4 red bulls. Tell me, do I have some crazy manic look in my eyes right now or not?' (I imagine saying that while making a silly manic face should work in setting a cheery mood)
  • Excel Tricky one, but hey, I'll take the challenge my mind gave me :) (I'm at work) 'hey, do you know Excel? I just read about a theory that the invention of the spreadsheet made playing with numbers/formulas/charts so easy that everybody thinks they are some expert at predicting stuff. No wonder the world is going to shit and unexpected 'crises' keep happening, if it takes only 5 minutes to jot down some numbers and have a pretty looking 'analysis' come out.

So, the rules

  • top-level comments saying just 'things' or 'topics'
  • Replies to top-level comments: openers somehow making conversation related to that thing
