Just curious. I usually go for a very positive, friendly upbeat attitude. Honestly I get a lot of what success I get with girls cause they say I'm really good at making them feel good about themselves. They say they feel special.

But I wonder about the opposite. Can you play on a girl's insecurities a little to get what you want? Almost every guy I know who has a gf or is married "negs" on his wife or gf a little, whereas I try to keep an attitude of unconditional appreciation. I just don't know if that stuff started when they first met or if it's just what happens when you're with someone for a while. Is it a good technique for gaining initial attraction from a girl, or is it best to stay with a positive, optimistic attitude that makes the girl feel sexy and confident?
