I was on travel the past week and managed to pick up two girls from the same restaurant. I arrived at my location SUN afternoon, checked into the hotel, took a nap, etc. Around 9pm, I went to the steak place up the street. It was really slow at that time.

I sat with a female server. I started talking with her and eventually got her to sit. We developed a great rapport, but that was it. She kept coming back to sit down and chat. While we were chatting, I just pointed at another server (Readhead) who I liked the look of. Server laughed and Readhead came over, we chatted on and off for the next hour or so. They were closing and I had to split so I just said "You're fun, give me your number." She gave it to me.

The next night I went in about the same time and just sat myself in Redhead's section. She was a bit busy so I basically did exactly the same thing on the bartender.

My favorite line that time was- "Hey, sit. I don't bite (in public)" After she sat, "I'm not much of a biter, more of a hair puller. Here, I'll show you." I got her number just a bit later.

What went well:

  1. Went at a really slow time. Servers are working so you have to respect that. I worked F&B before so that was a great way to bond.
  2. Used rapport and comfort with one server for social proof. Waitresses are used to people flirting with them, you can disarm them by just being cool with one of them and then gaming another.
  3. I was just super friendly with all of them. Because of that the ones I hadn't spoken with were coming up to me. More social proof.
  4. The hair pulling trick instantly turned the conversation with Bartender sexual. I love the look in a girl's eyes when that works.
