Number 1 is too simple you are doing a disservice to tons of guys by telling them to eject in the first 5 mins.

You have no freaking idea in the first 5 mins whether a girl finds you attractive....you may find out that she finds you repulsive but not whether she finds you attractive.

Additionally for all you know there may numerous reasons why though she finds you attractive she isn't going to fuck you right tonight or right now....anything from she is leaving in 10 mins to the beach, her grandmother died an hour ago on to she is currently seeing some else....so it is stupid to set a hard rule that if she hasn't fucked you in 2 mins of meeting it will never happen.

And I can guarantee that the OP could not tell whether 95% of the women he meets actually find him attractive in the first five minutes.

Otherwise - meaning if you are in basically the same "league" as the other person in terms of physical appearance - you're pretty close.

I like what you put on #5... I use a throwaway on here and I don't check it much but all the PUA stuff, or the failed relationships, times I've been a slut, or whatever else I've done wrong are because I want to fall in love for real.

Right now I'm seeing this chick and it's kinda like if I could have designed her in a lab she would look, and act, and believe in the things she does. I really just think looks are a lot more important in the college setting than a lot of posts on here recognize. You can dress nice, wear solid cologne, have semi-decent game, be involved on campus, and 90% of girls at college will either brush you off or ignore you if you approach if you're not attractive. Ofcourse I didn't tell "we should be a stable couple because of that", I just started listing the stuff we had in common, but in the end I sounded as somebody who wanted to convince her of something and instead of gaining points (very solid and rational) I appeared for something else: a needy salesman.

I think you are seriously downplaying the importance of looks.

Tall good looking men have it easy with women. There is absolutely no denying that. All a tall good looking guy has to do is not screw up too badly.

On the other hand a guy who is shorter than average or only average looking is going to have to do almost everything perfectly to get anywhere with a woman. By default women will have zero attraction and that makes things so much harder.

While I do gain a pretty high social status in certain locations as I'm a foreigner in my current country, If I ever game in a tourist heavy city I have to break out the bar tricks to even be noticed. And I can't agree more with #3, depending on your ethnicity/accent/humor, you are filtered out by certain women. Some women won't be into black guys, period.

I believe you lack prospective of the other sex. You do make a lot of good points in this post like confidence and not going for woman that aren't your type.

I do need to point out that being a "real man" isn't quite as necessary in the modern society as you point out. What is more important, especially if you looking for a long relationship rather then a one night fling is that you have a lot on common.

Otherwise no matter how much of a man you are, how confident you can be it will all fall apart. I mean after you've done every sex position imaginable with your partner what are you going to do?

Also you must realise that a lot of women can handle themselves in more then most situations. From my experience a lot of women take it as an insult if the man is trying to protect them. Its not protection they need but support. Encouragement when they want change things in their life, and a shoulder to cry on if things go sour.

I definitely agree that it's a lot about how a women feels on the inside but it does help to evoke the butterflies, when you make a point to call her beautiful and even hot from time to time. Just don't overdo it, so you don't seem like the kind that only cares about her looks.
