Most recently it happened when I was texting the girl for a little, and SHE offered to hang out, so we set up a time and date, and she never responded to me when I asked if we were still on the night of.

This was the worst, but its happened before, and even more often than that the girl will stop responding when I set up a time to go out. Or even before I set up the time.

Obviously its not like I have any attachment to these people but constantly getting my hopes up and having them shot down is really demoralizing and it kind of makes me want to just give up.
