In Spain feminism already showed their true face in legislation 20 years ago. There are over 400 benefits, by law, if you are a woman, and 0 benefits, by law, if you are a man. Most of them are economic, but there are some that directly discriminate in terms of sentences if you are a man, like for example in cases of domestic violence the minimum sentence if you are a man is double than if you are a woman irrespective of the severity or duration of it, etc… (those other variables are independently taken into account).

Now the law has changed to allow anyone to decide their sex without any kind of external verification (psychological or otherwise), so most people that decide to go to the registry and change their legal sex are men that don’t transition nor change their names nor changing their phenotype in any way nor dressing according to common stereotypes. Men becoming, under the eyes of the law, lesbian women with beard and male clothes. This law was issued by a government that mocked the idea that anyone would do this as they claimed women are discriminated and men are privileged. They are starting to backtrack, but legally, as of right now, is almost impossible to do anything against it as anyone that questions other people sexual identity, decided at a personal level by simply stating they “feel that way now”, can be accused of a hate crime.

This is the same government that issued a law that supposedly was going to make rape perpetrators sentences to increase (in reality they wanted to abolish the principle of presumption of innocence and pass it as a tough on crime law), and ended reducing sentences in over 1200 cases, and releasing over a hundred rapists to the streets. They are not just ideological zealots, but also deeply incompetent.

TBH I am thinking about doing it myself.

After decades of socialism, a good chunk of the Spanish population became chronically poor, chronically unemployed, chronically lazy, chronically dependent on gibs, chronically uneducated, and chronically stupid, and they are a piece of cake to game with the woke crap so they feel wronged and are drug-addicted to gibs, so they keep voting commie.
Almost all of the media including air TV slop and public TV slop are directly controlled by the government, so it's not better than the US where it's controlled by the same kind of people.

would you pay a nurse working the nightshift the same as dayshift or the same regardless of how many hours they worked? if yes how do you force people to distribute work fairly and how do you prevent/tackle skivers? how would you tackle supply chains and infrastructure if there are no people to uphold it?

There are masculinized jobs where rarely women are let into, as they are very disuaded to get in them, and discriminated when they do, and then there are feminized jobs where rarely men are let into, as they are very disuaded and discriminated when they do.

Its patriarchy under capitalist conditions; Men should do XYZ things related to power and dominance, and women should do XYZ things related to care and nurture.

Women get lowered requirements, true, but not preferential treatment.

The reason women get this is because the place is fully dominated by males and its done as a way to entice more women join in said sector.

Under capitalism, I would rather not try much but reforms. Capitalism works by extraction of benefit, and workers are paid according to how they are priced as working force in the market, which is subjected to various factors, like supply and demand of workforce and class war, which might force capitalists to pay higher salaries and guarantee more rights.

I would rather have a different socioeconomic system though.

There are many, many simplifications of these cases. Women are not paid less SOLELY because they are women, like people tend to frame.

Women are paid less because AS WOMEN, they are devalued by society in general, and fall into jobs and careers that are feminized and less value is placed in them. Their activities are not as valued as those men do, even if its the same thing.

If women's football had as much following and fanbase men's football has, then they would be paid as much. But that wont happen because neither men nor women at large place value on what women do.

Its not subjective, its the sum of all subjectivities, thus collective, what defines the market at large.

That should be decided through central planning of the economy, and having workers as the center of this economy, catering to their needs, instead of a benefit driven society like the one we have now.

In such a place, men and women would be equal politically in every sense, and kids would be raised by the community, so nobody would have to sacrifice their lives for it. Hopefully, also technology to reproduce without the need for women to gestate, something that greatly strains them, and something that we should overcome at some point.

Also technology would be put in workers hands, and it would be used to help humankind, and most labor and production would go through automation, leaving workers with much more free time than we have now, so everybody could venture onto their passions or whatever pursuits they had.

The combination of this ensures supply chains and infrastructure. Take into account that right now, under current system, productivity has skyrocketed since 1900s, but we are still expected to do 8 hours minimum schedule atleast 5 days a week, and in many places its much more. Automation has not helped us as working class, it has helped the capitalist class to produce more and more, and extract value from us a greater deal.

Also keep in mind there are excess workers, which are unemployed, and they are used by business owners as a way to manipulate and coerce the working class into accepting harsh conditions. There is not an interest to have full employability, on the contrary. Theres always a surplus, and the system naturally creates this anyway. Under communist system this would be resolved, as everybody would have the right to work, which would in turn mean hours would be distributed much more (thus less hours per individual) instead of focused on few workers with lots of automation but still 8, 10, 12 or even 14 hours a day.

This is very resumed, but all of this would gurantee that society is organized according to its needs, instead of organized according to needs of capitalists exclusively, or to men over women.

Once patriarchy is removed, gender does not exist anymore, only sex matters. Gender is the ideology that patriarchy uses to sustain its domination.

Gender prescribes that you as a male should be, behave and act in a certain, predeterminate way, which doesnt necessarily align with your nature. The same applies to females.

What should matter exclusively is sex, which is just a biological reality related to reproduction and does not prescribe you a whole personality you are pressured to adapt into.

That would depend on the stage, but lets say we are at the first stage of communism, where there is still a powerful state structure.

In said case yes, its all part of the central planning of the economy.

Regarding custody they dont have to be attached to a certain "family unit" necessarily, but this could also be distributed this way no problem and they could live the same way we live now.

Responsibility is of the state in general, and of adoptive mentors for particular kids.

So lets say you have a classic bourgeiose family unit, 2 parents and 2 kids. Both parents have to work, of course, so someone has to look for the kids. No problem, the state would take care of that specific situation by providing either places for the kids to be while their parents work, or in other situations people to look after them.

Conservatives ask that because they have been raised in a gendered system that tells them men should be dominant and commanding and women submissive and caring, then they build from that a whole set of prejudices that they project onto sex, as if they were natural. Also they want to keep things this way, so they look almost constantly to dismiss any initiative to change the system, because they are the defenders of this system.

Sex doesnt matter when it comes to investigating rape, and biases against men do come from the gendered expectatives that both men and women have in our modern times.

Subduing a criminal can be done in a number of ways, not just physical strength, but yes males are on average quite more fit physically for subduing other males. Males are also more apt for war than females are, on average by fitness and also because females have periods and thats a handicap in extreme situations such as battle. Construction work or highly demanding physical jobs, at this males excel too.

But in general, both sexes are capable of the same, the difference comes with dimorphism for specific stuff where on average you will see whos better at a certain task.

However, that should not be reason to discriminate, solely based on sex, because there exists females that are more robust than many males, me for example im a quite petite male bodily wise and many females are more robust than I am.

If you ask me, sexual dimorphism is something that we should also look to overcome, so males and females gain the ability to look the same and be physically fit for the same, if that is what each individual wants. Technology will help us at this, and make everybody much more equal, not only politically, but in potential in regards to all domains, including biologically.
