My type likes guys with long hair and goes to the gym… so I grew my hair out and started going to the gym… all of a sudden. Casual sex became simpler

Learn confidence, get out of your comfort zone, workout, excel in your career, get a hobby or skill, get money and have a nice place you can take girls to be alone with them, even better if you can own it. Have excellent hygiene, learn to communicate, be where the women you want are and interact with them even if it's not about dating. Make sure you're in a city with lots of girls or at least close enough to date them or go off to a college with a lot of girls. Have something interesting to tell them about yourself. If you're young it's ok to talk about what you're going to do. "I'm in college I'm going to be a lawyer." If you're older then talk about what you have accomplished. Try to make friends with the girls you like then ask them to do something fun together. One that is underrated is having a nice clean car.

One of two things: work on yourself to start attracting the women you find attractive, or take a look at your standards to see if they’re unrealistic.

Edit: Any more specific answer’s going to need a lot more info about you, your weaknesses/areas for improvement, what type of women you find attractive, what it is about the women who are into you that puts them below your standards, etc.

Attraction is step one and u already know the answer to that. — muscles, money, wardrobe, cologne, hygiene, haircut style, social skills. Be where the woman are, cooking class, dance class, intramural sports.

The more important question is how to keep them / how to make sure the relationships stay happy, enjoyable, respectful. — have boundaries, have dealbreakers, have values. Stand on them firmly. Don’t break them.

I have this exact problem.

Case #1: I'm on tinder. Crickets. Meanwhile there are women who go out of their way to get in touch with me on places like Facebook, mostly women I'm not interested in tho. Or some of them are kinda hot I guess, but they live on another continent.

Case #2: All these women who you meet briefly, and who will be into you for a night. And then you learn that they've already got kids, or they just want a little validation that their guy isn't giving to them, and so on. Or they just want your skill, so they ingratiate themselves.

I disagree that you should become who they like. Fuck them! Be who you yourself like. And then find women who like who you already are.

I mean, I'm not saying that you should continue eating chips and playing video games. I was that dude, and I hated him. So I stopped playing video games. Erm I still eat some chips, but now I go to the gym, so it's ok. I love that guy far more than that sedated video gaming guy slouching on the coach. Didn't get me anywhere. And when I posted those pics online, suddenly women start commenting from all corners of the earth. Not the ones I want ofc, but before I went to the gym, nobody would comment at all, so it's an improvement either way.

Then finally you'll meet someone who it just clicks with. Then you have to kiss her. They will come. So just kiss her. It's gonna happen. My worst regrets are those women I never kissed... And you only get one chance. So take that one chance, and kiss her. Bcos one day she'll stand there in front of you, and you will know it's time.

Make a list of the things you want and don’t want in a partner. Be that as well. Always have the conversation fun, light, and positive but playful and flirty.
