Your age isn't a big deal. If anything it should make you more attractive to a 19-year-old girl.

My advice is this: when a girl asks how old you are, answer like you know it's good news for her. Answer like you don't care how old you are, like it doesn't matter to you, but like you know it's her favorite age for you to be.

I had the exact opposite problem in med school. I was 21 and everyone else was around 27-28. Age is only a big deal if you make it a big deal. It took me a while to really understand that. If the girls care that you're older then that's their problem. Or just don't talk about your masters. it's a frat party, talk about alcohol and how fucked up you guys are.

Stop acting 28 or get out of the fraternity scene. I was in a fraternity. If you were an active member of the house and had pull with the brothers, youre cool. If they see you as a "wtf, this guy should be on with his life but hes whatever, hes a brother," then you have little chance. All about SMV.

You haven't said what type of Greek organization you're apart of. Is it a IFC, NPHC, Independent or Multicultural organization? Each organization is different and will have different views on your situation.

You're doing the right thing by not lying about your age and being forthright.

Also consider your future when meeting a woman later on. Most women may frown upon the fact you're still doing the fraternity thing at your age. I'm talking women 22 and up.

Be yourself. I went back for my masters and was much older. than you. I adjusted a little bit, but I was always myself. I also made a lot of jokes about them getting mad at their dads. The girls would laugh instead of getting upset.

Girls at this age are pretty dumb and are so full of insecurities that I think it's good to address the age but do it in a fun way. If you don't want to lie (respect to that) I think it might be good to make a joke out of it. Smile and say like "...Yeah, I'm basically the house dad" or "...Yeah I know I'm an old man, probably should've been asleep by 8 tonight." This kind of humor shows you're socially aware and will definitely crack her up. If she laughs really hard at this, she wants to fuck you.

Just be yourself, act your age and you will realise that there are tons of 19 and up year olds would rather date someone your age, if you feel insecure about your age and being older chances are girls will sense that.

Simple...don't mention your age unless asked. Don't be self conscious about your age. Senior girls in college are more interested in older guys anyways. Just do the typical frat boy thing, be fun, a little raunchy, and have that mature side to you when it counts. As for the freshman and sophomore, they are interested in having fun. If you can dance, know how to kino, and have good conversation you're all the way.

Two pieces of advice that served me well in college game: Every woman still has a thirteen year old girl in them and, you can use about half the intensity of dirty jokes that you can with your buds, to build sexual tension. The first piece is in reference to how they act and why they act the way they do.

Firstly, it's a good move you made to decide you're not going to lie about your age. If you lie about your age people are going to figure it out, and you're going to look like a serious loser who has to pretend to be younger to get girls. You'll also attract a whole lot of girls who have their own insecurities and problems, which may have their effect on your life as well.

Secondly, and this is more of a personal belief of my own, I don't think a 28 year old guy should be trying to find or hook up with 19 year old girls. Yeah whatever they're legal, but the 19 year old girls I know (I'm 21) are barely off the landing pad. Yeah there are nineteen year olds with great heads on their shoulders, but they really aren't going to go for a 28 year old guy, unless there is some serious soul connection. The nineteen year olds that go to my college are almost exclusively insecure, emotional, irritable, arrogant, and stuck up. This is also a college known for being one of the biggest party colleges in the state, so a lot of these girls are the type you would probably run into in your frat. So unless you're just trying to crank it and split, you're going to be setting yourself up for some headaches. ALL OF THAT ASIDE:

My advice to sell yourself off well to these girls is to be honest about your age, but keep it light and casual. For example, answering meek, angry, or sad, you're going to make it seem like you're insecure about it, which will effectively turn them off from you. You don't want them to pity you, and even then you have to roll with the ones that still turn you down to maintain your image, the ones who are attracted will be even more attracted by your self assurance in yourself.

As an older guy among younger people, I'd stay easy going and mature. If you're doing shit that guys their age would do, you're going to knock yourself down on their pegs. If you can act mature but still remain calmly interested, you will reel in panties by the net full.
