The real reason is the quality, hot girls want to be picked up in real life, and will not fuck 99.9% of men off an app. And they are daily, so you have to be competing with the thirsty dudes who will open them on the street.

Apps are beneficial to chubby girls who can hide it in pics and influence you through conversation so when you meet her you're not as turned off by her looks. Sure, there are decent ones but I'm talking the quality women who you want to be the mother of your children. It's highly improbably you meet and fuck one of those off tinder.

First of all, you're spending way too much. Second, dating apps suck. It's almost like talking to a robot. Also, people can be way meaner online than in person. And, the littlest thing on a dating profile can turn somebody off.Im sure i have swiped left on a ton of guys because the lightning in their pic wasn't perfect and it made them look creepy or they made a joke on their profile that I misinterpreted. In person, you can always ask questions to clarify what they meant.

Eventually you'll have to cut the middleman (tinder/bubble), and meet your match IRL. I don't know what you expect but those app put a lot of expectations on one's date. Also as you mentioned those apps are very frequently 'looksmatch'. There are plenty of girls you wouldn't match or that wouldn't match with you, but who you would feel attracted and the other way around IRL. Also you can gain a huge advantage by displaying social value and being the one approaching.

Also going out doesn't need to cost that much money.

8 out of the last 10 girls I've been with were from tinder/bumble. I never go out.

I've decided to start going out more and trying to be more social.

I deleted tinder and bumble a week ago, and I've been happy with my decision. I went out alone last week for the first time ever.

I ran into a guy I recognized from the gym, and I introduced myself. We ended up clicking. I was going up to girls with the "Have you met ted?" Line from How I Met your Mother. We were getting into good sets with attractive women.

Most importantly, I made my first non work friend in my new town. We see each other at the gym several times per week, and he invited me to come over for a super bowl party.

None of this ever would have happened had i stayed in, watched Netflix, and swiped on tinder.

Because you can be A LOT more attractive as a man in person than you could ever be on Tinder.

If you go by Corey Wayne's estimate, 97% of men have no idea what they are doing. If you learn a bit of game, you have virtually no competition. How much more exciting is that compared to spending 2hrs swiping only to MAYBE get a date with an HB6 or 7?

I've decided to keep Tinder as another source for new leads, because why not... but it's much more fun and valuable to you in terms of social skills and confidence to get out there, no matter what it is you do. day/night, cold approach, etc.

I would say use multiple. I was going out with friends to meet women while also having a dating profile. Last girlfriend was picked up at a bar, current came from online dating. It's good to have multiple sources to get dates, but don't be dependent on only one.

It's not good to find yourself in a situation where you're primary interaction with women is through the internet. Like they're options on a digital menu to pick. I personally feel like that kind of mentality lends to the objectification of women and what not. Real life keeps you grounded.

Also, if you can't pick up women in real life, your game is wack. Don't rely on a crutch and forget how to maneuver in the real world. I think tinder and other apps should be used as passive ways to get women, not primary active aways.

I dislike dating apps for various reasons. Apparent ones being you're mostly just feeding girls egos and it's a losing game from the start. Men should be buying not selling themselves. Another one is girls do look much different (uglier, fatter) in person than their profile pictures. Especially where I am in Asia. Develop the skill and game to be able to do cold approach anytime, anywhere instead.

I have a theory that the easier the approach the worse your odds. Easy of approach on tinder? You can swipe while taking a shit and not think twice. Your chances are similarly shit. Bars/clubs? You have alcohol, the dark, and social acceptance. Still have to muster up some courage though and in turn your chances are better. Having the balls to talk to some girl at the supermarket or in your gym or who you always see in your apartment complex. Now your chances are actually decent.

So you can waste your time with low effort, low success rate, low value options. Or you could actually grow some balls and stop wasting all the good opportunities around you.

I guarantee you'll have greater success meeting people IRL than online, or your money back! You are not as likely to be completely ghosted irl, worst case scenario you just end up with a "not interested".
