You should have provided this information before all of this. Then there wouldn’t be any problem. It’s what your supposed to do at the beginning. I wouldn’t be surprised if your lawyer gets upset with you. They only ask you for all your financials pay stubs and equity when you first get the ball Rolling. There goes more money to the lawyer for your mistake. It’s not officially filed until both parties are in agreement. Which you’re not. And if it is it has to now be resubmitted because you didn’t give the full information. Even if there is no money in the accounts or not. Which now if you go to court a before a judge to settle it they won’t take to kindly to your side because you left out information which makes it look like you purposely did so even if you did or not.

Feigning mediation is often a tactic.

Some states allow for sanctions for unnecessarily delaying resolution. And often the threat of sanctions is more powerful than actual sanctions.

You still have time to act, and I suggest you do. Move away and 'lend' all your assets to your best friend in need. (He needs a some major work done on his basement.) Quit your job on account of how depressed you are. (And it's her fault.) Sell your house and give that money to your friend to hold on to. Move to TX.

Stop complaining. Depositions mean you're one step closer to divorce. They're standard practice before you go to trial.

At least she isn't dragging her feet like the majority of women do in divorce.

It ends when the separation takes place. Submit an affidavit if the end of the marriage isn't recognized in filings thus far. The divorce finalization is about distributing the assets of the marriage

If she's one of those women that doesn't understand money then she probably "feels" like you have a bunch of money that you don't actually have. Watch out because she will burn everything to get what doesn't exist.

Mine verbally accosted the mediator today before the mediation. So when the mediator called me to see what I wanted to do, I told her to cancel it can’t say I’m surprised. but I am thrilled that I will be divorced sooner than later.

oh damn... what state are you in? In CA, you both agree on a separation date, which is usually even before the filing of the divorce papers, but if nothing is agreed on, then it's when one gets served. This is to prevent them from getting a piece of your future income.
