I think it’s base of the brain stem instinctual stuff. These are deep parts of the brain that rational thought just can’t explain. People also tend to get off when their partner is getting off. So in all likelihood the women get the most satisfaction from her partner getting off on it and that gets their partner off even more. Feedback loop.

But just as in all things, it’s not everyone’s cup of tea.
