Will I owe my wife anything? We have been married for a year and a half, but together for 10 years. She was sleeping with someone else for the last 4 years. She makes over 2x what I make and I haven't paid rent in 5 years as we lived with her family. I brought up a prenup before we got married since she was the bread winner, but she said no. I went through hell and back, almost took my own life, ended up on antidepressants and when on a gambling binge and lost a lot of money, about 17k. Other than a student loan, I didn't have any debt before. I just want to make sure I'm not gonna get screwed just because I'm a guy. I'm in California.
