Idk if anyone has seen this TikTok trend where girls post a selfie with the caption, my standards aren’t high” or something similar and the next slide is from a matchmaker site where you type in your requirements for a partner and it tells you the percentage of men/women in the US that fit your criteria.

This was literally meant to showcase girls delusional standards. Instead of realizing how unrealistic their standards are, I’m noticing totally average girls FLEX it like a status symbol. At no point is this like a wake-up call or something they feel they should reflect on… nope, feels more like the “I’m just a girl teehee” mindset that’s been going on.

Dating in the west feels so doomed. Women aren’t choosing celibacy now btw because “men are fuckboys” no no, the VAST majority of men couldn’t be a fuckboy if they wanted to. Women are choosing celibacy because they’re overshooting their value and can’t get men out of their league to commit and instead of being slightly self-critical and honest with themselves and their worth, it’s just a repeating story they tell themselves to be victims.

Anyway, I’m invested in cat products and AI girlfriends so at least my portfolio is doing good.
