If you're going to dig for dirt you will for sure find it. If you're having any kinds of problems in marriage it's probably a good time to start planning your exit, just in case, not that it will happen but so that you're prepared.

You can do other things too, video record, audio record, gps tracker. Eventually things will leak but you want to focus on you, stay protected now - get a lawyer (chances are she has retained one for a while if she's thinking about it) and then you can talk to her.

How is she with her cell phone? If it goes with her everywhere in the house and she is guarding, you have a big problem.

You would be better off getting a key logger, you can see all passwords, phrase, also it's not logged by the computer. Order it to a friend's property.

You need to be very careful. Any money spent as a gift is considered a valid use of marital property as long as a TMOFR (temporary order for financial restraints) is not ordered. If she drains a few million $$ from your account and gifts it to her parents, you'll have a lot of trouble contesting it during divorce.

Of course, the blade cuts both ways, if you gift the $$ to your parents, its considered valid use of marital property.

after my ex moved out some stuff came up i called out on, it was from cell phone records i saw on the bill

she thought i was spying on her so she took her lap top to a computer place and they found tracking spyware

she accused me and i convinced her it wasnt because the install date they found was after she moved

told her is was her new boy-toy she moved in with. she believed me and they didnt last long. then he moved out of town.

weird shit for sure.

IMHO, spying on your spouse to this degree is toxic. You either trust her or you don't. If you don't trust her, then divorce her.

Check your router logs, unless she's using a VPN you should be able to view the sites she is visiting.

Try a USB keylogger (Google "keygrabber usb keystroke"), they are impossible to detect.

Assume she's cheating. If she won't give you her password then she is cheating... Or she's planning a divorce and doesn't want you to know about it.

Teramind is pretty good and what I deploy for clients who want to do this.

You would still need to log into the computer to install it.

You can just use hirens boot disk to reset the local admin password and get in to do that however.
