If you have 50/50 now, unless you do something stupid you can bank on getting 50/50. I would let her go broke with her attorney while you go silent. If they file contempt just file objections which is simple. Wait them out and do not engage. Set a trial date and watch them come to the negotiating table days before trial. Do not go tick for tack.

I'm so sorry for you, but stay strong. I understand how you feel. I lost over $500,000.00, but I did it so I could at least see my two sons, who are over 35 years old. I think it was money well spent, as my sons have more to do with me than their mother, who has only gotten worse in her life. Not that I wish that on her, but I always say you have to be honest with everyone, especially yourself, as the Karma train doesn't stop. Be honest with your daughter, and be the best dad when she's with you. Make her the centre of your universe, and never speak negatively about your ex-wife in her presence. Good luck, and remember you have people who care about you here, and they know what you're going through as they've been where you are.

yep you are on the long road, you will need a final hearing and a judge to give 50/50 and appropriate child support etc

just wait it out she will find some boy toy and suddenly get in gear and settle so she can move on with boy toy.

Im afraid my ex is going to do this. She knows she makes more than me and can afford a long fight 2 years married no kids but she tried to force to divorce non contest and offered 5% of our total assets and wants to keep everything in her procession while i move across the country to my home state. Oh. You know. The system ir kinda rigged and the lawyers are farming you ex like the fool she is. They are raking in that juicy fee and they are loving every minute of it.

That's whats it's about. There is no convincing her on contrary because their lawyers are trying to convince her that the "judge will make you pay their fees for her so it might even be free"

Have a trial date set. The risk of judge deciding your fate makes people more agreeable, lots of agreements are made on courthouse steps.

Great job on staying in family home and having 50/50. Temporary orders often become final orders. You are on the right track.

You need to communicate to her, through action, that you will aggressively litigate to preserve your paternal rights up to and through your child's 18th birthday.

Definitely move into your parent's home to preserve funds for the legal battle.

Too many men lose some or all of their custody rights because they will not match their ex-wife's level of crazy.

Only by focused will are you going to be able to retain your custody rights.
