The manosphere is three things grouped into one space.

MGTOW
TRP
PUA

These three do not overlap as much as people want to believe.

MGTOW is analogous to the 4B movement, mostly crowded by men who feel burnt from dealing with their poor luck within the dating pool market, also includes those who did think they found their "The One" but then were heartbroken for any reason when she left (divorce or not). MGTOW usually focuses on self-indulgence or group indulgence amongst men, sharing time amongst other men or even with other women, and forgoing expectations on romantic and sexual relationships.
PUA is all about "the game" where PUAs maximize sex while minimizing effort. You can consider it to be the group that tries to find shortcuts in the "Human Mating Strategies" like how other animals have mating strategies.
TRP instead talks about the "uneven" or "unfair" expectations that the dating pool has on men. Basic arguments surround on "men are expected to work on themselves while women are accepted for who they are". TRP doesn't tell you should give up on dating, or on your own morals, but dictates you should be mindful about these "inequalities" so you can be prepared for when things do not go your way.

The name "Rep Pill" hints to what it's arguing about. If you watched The Matrix you may remember a scene where Morpheus offers Neo two pills. A red pill and a blue pill. In the movie, the blue pill lets him go back to the constructed reality of antagonistic machines while the red pill helps Morpheus find where Neo is in a sea of sleeping humans and rescue him. But in the constructed world where Neo is offered the choice, Morpheus calls the red pill as Neo's pathway to learn about "wonderland" while the blue pill lets Neo return to his dream "in bed'.

How they may overlap or separate:

MGTOWs may shun expectations, but are not told to never date another woman. So MGTOWs may date, yet opt to not marry or may have casual FWBs with none to some women.
PUAs are concerned with how you can have sex as often or as regularly if you want, while staying free from expectations or their consequences.

TRPs are probably the most different from the bunch, yet the one considered to represent the entire manosphere while used as a synonym with the other two. TRP is also the most politically vulnerable because it has an advocacy tendency, where some may also be Mens' Rights Activists arguing for better treatment of men. MGTOW and PUAs do not concern themselves with activism, PUAs are in fact the least bothered of the bunch, and MGTOWs only come to concern when it might affect them as men.

The “Manosphere” is an exonym which has about as much real-world relevance as a hypothetical “Femasphere” which would lump the following disparate groups together into the same category:

Egalitarian feminists, i.e. the well-adjusted ones I’d happily work with if they helped with male issues too
TERFs, typically misandrists who mix that hatred with transphobia since they perceive transmen as ‘traitors’ and transwomen as the ebil male infiltrators
Female separatists, ranging from the nuttier “we must separate our sexes” types to the lukewarm “I’m working on myself” ones
Rabid Solanas/Gearhart-class fascistic misandrists that literally want a partial and total androcide
etc.

Similarly to the different groups shoved under the label ‘Manosphere’, you can see some overlap but they’re all very clearly distinct.

The ‘red pill’ is a nebulous and variously interpretable term initially associated with some of the groups lumped into this construct which has gradually been evolving beyond that initial domain into a generic meme.

Those spaces have little relevance to me as an egalitarian so no.

The manosphere is so broad that its kind of meaningless term, and when it comes to feminists and society at large its usually a negative term. I've read a Red Pill book by a well known creator in the space and didn't think it was trash. I think some of the dynamics stated in that book on intergender relationships are more true than they are false. I do think they end up pushing for a lifestyle that might be considered selfish but I don't think it's outright misogynistic. It's a series of books and it did end up falling off the deep end a bit the farther along in the series I read though. I'm not going to follow all the books advise but I found bits and pieces that I think could genuinely improve my life.

Mostly grifters who take advantage of vulnerable or lonely guys. Usually using shame to suggest they aren't masculine enough. That women are monoliths, that they only desire muscles, money, etc. Betas, alphas, deltas, omegas, etc that's astrology for guys.

Most of the guys value hookups and money and shame anyone, men, women who live differently. They advocate for strict feminine and masculine roles, and cheating is acceptable because guys are different.

A lot of it is about how terrible women are. The problem is that they usually sprinkle truths amongst the bs to hook guys in.

I fell into it for a while. I had few friends and felt validated. Had to do a lot of self reflection to see how manipulative it is. Made me feel worse. It narrowed my world view and opinions.

The Red Pill and The Manosphere are generally one and the same because too many Left Wing MRA's aren't willing to tell the Red Pills to fuck off.

You should probably view every dude in it with a heaping help of suspicion especially in this modern political climate, but also tag and share quality left leaning ones and do your best to change that.

We need a Left Wing section of it carved out of that Sphere but it won't happen until we start telling Red Pills to fuck off.

Old school red pill is very helpful and insightful. New red pill has allowed traditionalists and religious freaks to enter the space and spout their shitty views on women. Old red pill wants men to be the best of themselves and for the social dating field to be even again. Trad red pill wants ancient rules back.

There's extreme voices there, but I find over the years (almost 10 really), that they've been slandered more than anything.

And don't get me started with the whole 'bothsiding' accusations that happen when people can't in good faith refute some of their points.

looks like they have become the dominant culture in most western countries. The left is known for its incels, cuckolds, pedohiles and sexual predators. Their social media is dead and being investigated like those pedo plattforms blue sky and mastodon. Soon the hateful supremacist feminist ideology will end.

Either by manosphere or by beating woman into submission, cause its allowed in islam. We can live with both. Fun times are coming.

Well, that’s what the internet says
Some of what they profess is definitely true and a decent portion of their dating advice are more effective than the “just be yourself, bruh!” or “just be nice!”. But in general, they are grifters.
I wouldn’t say respect, but I recently started watching Hoe Math for curiosity’s sake. He definitely has some interesting insights and also a pretty decent dating advice, but a lot of his takes come from the place of hurt, so I usually take him with a pinch of salt.
