I just wrote this on another thread like yesterday:

Women do flirt with men, and I swear women, when they hit on men, are either A) too damn subtle or B) cringe inducingly gross

This one woman at a Buddhist temple I went to would always smile, wink, raise her eyebrows at me, etc, but NEVER once just walked over to me outside after the service and asked me my name and if I wanted to have coffee or something. You just don't act like that IN a place or worship during service.

And a woman at my job I heard had the hots for me, and instead of asking for coffee after work like a normal person she just showed me several pics she took of my butt in my dress pants and said she thought it looked nice in them.

She was very attractive and out of my league and a nice person besides that creepy behavior. But I didn't want to be in a relationship because I have issues I want to deal with first and I don't do casual stuff. Had she of just asked me for coffee I would have gone as a friend but after that I kinda lost even more that interest. It was just not okay behavior.

Others just looked at me and smiled, and smiled, and smiled...and I heard they were into me and that was their flirting.

Don't forget too that women will often fall back to "whoever asks should pay" when confronted with the blatant hypocrisy of the gendered expectation that is placed on men to pay for dinner, completely disregarding the fact that women will also generally expect men to ask them out even when they were attracted to that man first.

My god, women already take the initiative with men ALL THE TIME. This is what a woman typically does to initiate things with a man:

Places herself within 3-5 meters (10-16 feet) of the man she’s interested in.
Raises her left eyebrow about 2 mm (1/8 inch) in a seductive manner.
Her eyes will moisten slightly.
She will subtly touch her left elbow with her right index finger.
Then (and this is the most obvious and aggressive step) she will look away from her target and place her face into a blank unblinking expression which just screams “no, I’m not interested in you, you’re not my type, but you’re kind of cute and maybe you can try to start a conversation with me, or not, I’m not really sure, but try approaching me anyway but only if you can do it in a way I find charming and without doing anything I might find creepy.”

I think the biggest issue is that a lot of the games women like to play don't really work if you know she likes you. All that weird don't text first, wait a few days first, and all this other stupid shit that is childish and immature as hell. So instead of doing that, they just flop around in front of your cooler like a Fish out of water, and if you pick them up. It's your fault now.

It will never happen because no matter how much women and feminists claim to be for "gender equality" or liberation they only ever meant the kind of equality and liberation at the top. They want to have their turn with the imperialist spoils, they want their matriarchy. They never cared about freeing men from their oppressive gender roles only their own. They expect male providers. They claim that "The Patriarchy" was about men colluding with capital in order to oppress women but in actuality it's the modern women colluding with capital to oppress men.

They are perfectly fine with us dying in the empire's wars just look at their response (or lack thereof) to Ukrainian conscription. Think of all of the times where they bemoan "men used to fight in wars!" or call us sassy or soft for not wanting to be slaves or treat them like princesses. That's what this whole girl boss neoliberal feminism was all about. Fake graphs, fake data, revisionist history, you name it. All in order to push this toxic gender war to the benefit of women and the detriment of men. They hate us, they dehumanize us, they want us dead. They are privileged and know it but gaslight us into not believing it.

This is why I support the MGTOW movement even as a left-wing male myself and Marxist. There's just so much sickness and evil in this society and they find it empowering to do this to men. They call it dark femininity and "being in their feminine energy." It's a manipulation tactic in order to disenfranchise men and boys. It's time for men to collectively declare "no more" and put their foot down for good. No more provisioning. Work for yourselves and be true to your values. Let them fight for their scraps and share of Chad.

Women don't "need" to do this at all, men are more than willing to put it out there, in all forms.
It's useless to try to wave a magic wand to get men to do otherwise, it'll never happen.
What does need to happen is equal treatment under the law. That is something we might be able to achieve some day.

There's a power imbalance absolutely. Women don't need to approach men, so they don't. The average woman will never face rejection, because they don't have to.

Also, if you've ever seen the graph floating around of women rating overall mens' attractiveness vs men's rating of womens' attractiveness, it's abundantly clear that women are a hell of a lot more picky.

Think about the target audience for this information, then think about the audience you are limiting yourself to by posting this information in this sub. Are you looking for people who already agree with you? Congrats, we all do.

If you want women to start seeing the need for and benefits of them approaching, you need to find audiences of women aged 13-30 who are actively dating. That's probably less than 0.1% of the population here.

So - what happens when they get turned down? Can you imagine the consequences of that female anger, how they'd cope with their ego being crushed? False accusation, reputation destruction, stalking and revenge for being 'slighted' would go through the roof! They'd get other men to attack you, and the white knights would be lining up to do so. After all, this could be their big chance!

Women would simply be unable to cope with the levels of rejection, and having to pick yourself back up, that men must face daily. They don't have the resilience, the endurance. At the end of the day, that's what testosterone is for.

What do you mean they "need to"? No one's forcing anyone to approach anyone else. Every man and woman needs to have a choice. If you or any man wants to stop approaching women and wait for them to come to you, do it. If no one approaches you, well, that probably means that they don't find you all that attractive. Then you'd have to figure out what to do: do without or start approaching them again.
