I'm a man, and a lot of men on here say that women in their 30s are past their prime and it's better to date a younger woman in her early 20s. But this assumes that all women look better in their 20s than their 30s.   What about women who were unattractive in their 20s and only became attractive in their 30s?

I've seen a few examples of this in real life. A woman might be overweight, too skinny, have terrible acne, or have been otherwise physically undesirable in her 20s. Maybe she's in an unhappy relationship and doesn't feel like putting much effort into her appearance. Or she has a really stressful job that makes her chronically depressed and leaves her with no time to work out. And then in her late 20s/early 30s, she finally breaks up with her boyfriend after discovering he was cheating on her, or finally quits her job to focus on her own health and happiness. She starts working out super hard and achieves her dream body and also puts more effort into her appearance and fashion. Her acne from her younger days is also gone. She no longer looks tired and wrinkled all the time because she's getting enough sleep. Now she's got a stunning physique, a beautiful face, and is undeniably more attractive than she was when she was younger. Wouldn't she be a much higher value woman than she was in her 20s in this case? Just to clarify, I know this is an exception rather than the rule, but I've seen enough women follow this pattern IRL that I think it's worth discussing.
