There are a thousand ways to make it flirty.

"Romance? Well that's why I'm here 😉"

You can come up with many variations on the spot instantly. You just gotta practice and adopt a flirty mindset.

You know how we say people get their "head in the gutter" - and interpret anything that is said as sexual?

You need to get your "head in flirty-mode" and interpret everything in a flirty manner.

You can practice getting your head in flirty mode all the time. You can do it in your head. Spot situations around you and think of ways to convert whatever is said or is happening in a romantic manner, a flirty compliment or silly pick up line. It's improv! Just practice repeatedly. You can do it with everyone.

Remember that flirting is supposed to be silly and fun! It's not supposed to be taken 100% seriously

Flirting is a state of mind. It's what you feel inside. It's not about memorization but rather about creativity that you can trust in your instincts.

This may not apply to you but I feel a surge of energy whenever I see an attractive woman and that in itself gives me confidence to approach and to have fun.

In other words, be attractive and don't act attractive because man to women interactions don't have to be a rehearsal with the right mindset. It will naturally come flowing out of you.

You've got to get comfortable and confident in talking to strangers, especially women obviously. Only in this relaxed and confident emotional state will a woman be open to maybe flirting with a complete stranger. Cold approach is hard and most people don't do it for a reason. Most likely, based on your question, you'll have to go through hundreds of approaches before you'll start to get pretty good at this. As you approach, some girls will like you, but you'll probably mess it up and not understand why. That's what this sub and the reading material is for.

Instead of questions, make statements instead. Hey, you look like you're from New York City. Hey, you seem kinda cute, hopefully you're not crazy. Etc.

Instead of asking questions, make statements. "You look like the type that love cheesy rom-coms" or "You look like you're really into books about serial killers". You're not being mean, just teasinf her about it.

for me flirting has always been more about how i look at someone and my tone of voice etc. that way anything can sound flirty rly. throw in a compliment or abit of teasing and your intent should be obvious to her then

The issue you are likely having is you are reluctant to say or do something outside your comfort zone. Interview mode is your comfort zone. It’s what you are used to.

Take a few risks and start saying things that feel a little risky. Self amuse. Make a cold read. Take any conversational topic and twist it. Find something that makes you laugh. Tease her a bit with it. Show sexual or flirty intent.

Main thing is you need to leave your place of comfort and take a few risks.

You may think you don’t know what to say outside interview mode, but your probably just playing it safe.

You have to be playful in general. Can you just talk like that in a random setting if you aren't into the girl or with other people?

Flirting is an extension of playful conversations, humour and banter. It's not a button that turns on when talking to a girl you are into.

Usually the problem faced by interviewers is that they are afriad to impose themselves unto the other person. When we speak we have to speak confidently, and that means a potential to offend others.

Interviewers like to:

Ank questions before so that they can guage the recptivemness of his audience
Giving a socially acceptable reply.

What you should do is the opposite:

Say what you think immediately with no filters
Deal with the social backlash or approval later.

This mindset is the foundation of all flirting which brings up the principles such as
a) Talk without filters
b) express yourself authenthically
c) make jokes, tease and disqualify

With this example you cannot tease, make jokes and disqualify whn you can coming from the paradigm of the interviewer. Because he is too afriad to offend. A good comedian will always get cancelled once in awhile.

Same thing. Overall, sometimes the good flirt will lose some of the girls he deal with, but he will polarize himself againts those that loves him. Counterintuively, this generates more results.

Im not sure flirting is always necessary. Flirting can sometimes misfire and or the girl might also not be too good at it.

Dont seem too serious and can joke around, physically escalate, calming down a bit as you physically escalate. Maybe slight tease and like a suggestion thats flirtish during the talk, "its better to sit close" and then move closer

I learnt this from someone very successfully: Use the 3C rule: 1. Compliment (works very well in almost all situations) 2. Congratulate 3. Console

Start with the compliment before asking a question and let the conversation follow whichever direction it goes. Asking questions is not bad IMO but “give something first before getting something. “

There are many ways to flirt with a convo, I'll tell you this: when in doubt of what to do: Make her laugh. You hear this so SO so many times because is the way to go. Every time a girls laughs with you you get rapport points, and every point makes the breach between you too smaller, and the closer you get the more tension you build. Of course don't be a clown.

It’s a mindset shift. Be Robbie Williams. You are trying to keep the conversation alive. He is trying to entertain himself by holding eye contact as long as he pleases and saying outrageous things without flinching. You don’t have to be that extreme but step 1 is to start seeing a conversation as a way of entertaining yourself.

If you are interviewing, you are not having fun and flirting. If you are having fun and flirting, questions will only arise once in a while when it’s natural.

Tell her about herself. Tell her about yourself. Tell her about what you’re passionate about. Cross the line a little and own it.

It’s not something different you do. It’s something different you are.

Even if I have nothing to say, there is no awkward silence because I don’t look away, you dig? Everything is energy. You must become this energy. It isn’t hard if you believe, but you must believe. Relax. Have fun. Repeat until rejection is funny. When you learn to enjoy losing then you always win.
