American women *love* to claim that they don't need to be included in the selective service/draft, because if the USA was ever at risk, so many women would voluntarily fight.

Yeah... they'd be just like most Ukrainian women... fleeing to safety while the men are sent to the meat grinder. Or... they'd be like the women of Europe who slept with the Nazis in order to "survive" while their countrymen were lined up and executed. "Wartime monkey branching."

Once the war ends, Ukraine is going to face one hell of a demographic crisis. Russia too will not be unscathed by this. The influx of Ukrainian Women in the dating market of EU and other countries may invoke reactions from native women for "stealing their" men.

when i brought this up with my family i was told that it's just because when the soldiers come into contact with civilians they rape the women. basically it's just to send men to war as punishment for a future crime they'll (according to them) have the opportunity to commit by being sent to war.

I don’t blame the men (or the women) who flee war zones. But men are leaving in droves too.
