If you were just 4 years old, you would have just walked up to her without overthinking at all on pure impulse with pure curiosity on her and without caring what result doing that brings you.

Now you are 21, full of hestiation, doubts, fears, anxieties, filters, and outcome-dependence....

Your 4 year old self was more free, charismatic and authentic, and now you're here overthinking saying hi because in your mind it's creepy to tell a girl something like: "Hi, i wanna be honest. I approach you because I like your style, and i know I would regret it if i didn't try to get to know you real quick.. My name is x..."

Your need to control the outcome is your biggest problem. You want control when there is no way to control how things go in dating. Your fear of being vulnerable makes it impossible to connect iwth someone. And that fear is protecting you from what? From feeling like shit about yourself?

If a woman is the reason why you feel good or bad about yourself, then you are giving her too much power that she didn't ask to wield, and making seduction or dating about proving your worth to yourself, to her or to others, instead of making it about what it is, playfulness, connection and curioisity to see if there is mutual alignment without acting like lack of alignment says anything about your worth as a person.

Your 4 year old self would have never taken lack of interest from a girl as a measure of his worth, he would not have started to feel bad about himself, because he wasn't that insecure, he would have just brushed it off as he would have gotten easily distracted by the next interesting thing due to his short attention span.

No one even knows you're hitting on girls most of the time and even if they do they probably don't care unless someone is yelling.

People see clips on tiktok and freak out thinking there's like a 50% chance of this happening to them but there is big exposure bias at play.

You have to know for a fact that you are not a creep on a physiological level. It takes core confidence which must be desensitized out of you through repetition. There is no easy way around it but the closest thing to a cheat code is get in really good shape and dress well.

- You will end up on TikTok in case you do something really stupid and for a long enough time; otherwise, nobody will start filming you before you've even started a conversation with a girl. When you start a conversation with a girl, all the people who are looking at you will think you already know her (maybe she's your colleague, maybe your sister, a girl cousin, neighbor etc etc). They won't be like, 'This guy is shooting his shot, let's film him and then laugh on TikTok.' In reality, they have no idea what's happening unless you do something really stupid and make the girl react in a very bad way by yelling and making all eyes look at her – then you can expect to appear on TikTok.

- A security guy won't say a word, because they don't care as long as nothing crazy happens. If the girl doesn't want to talk to you, just leave, simple as that. Otherwise, you will make her feel uncomfortable, and now a trained security guard with good eyes will understand something bad is happening. However, I've never seen such a scenario, and I bet you also haven't seen anything similar to this.

Try to approach and talk to her in a bright excitable tone at the very start.

Comment about what she's doing or looking at then introduce yourself. Make some small talk then ask for her number. Say "Well you seem pretty chill can I get your number quick?"
