Not sure if anyone here has the the same mindset I do, but I got the same old story many of you have. "I still love you, but im not IN love with anymore". From my point of view, I never cheated on my wife, I never beat her, never did any of the things that would be instant divorce material. For that reason I will never understand why she gave up on me. I always did my best, took care of her financially, did my part around the house.. she worked nights for 3 years, while I took care of dinner, homework, bathtime, and bedtime for 2 kids, every night during the week for 3 years... I never complained because from my point of view I was taking care of of my family but doing what I had to do make our family run as a unit. She was there in the morning to get them off to school and I did what I had to do at night to do my part.... I will never understand after 18 years together and 12 years married that she just gave up on me. She doesn't desire me sexually anymore, where I still look at her like she's the only woman id ever want to sleep with or be with, ever again. Even though she admits that sex is a need for a man, and she's the only person that could fulfill that need, she's just done with it... I was never a selfish lover. I always made sure she got off and had just as much fun I was, so she'd want to do it again.... even though she worked nights, I never asked her to come home and fuxk me. Clearly she just worked 8hrs and wouldnt have been into as much as I think she should have or I was. The only thing I asked, was that she made time on a Saturday, the only time we had to spend together. And when she fell asleep early or it didnt happen that night, she blames me for being upset on a Sunday... because I know, its going to be another week at least before we'd have alone time again. I didnt think I was being unreasonable but here we are. Almost 3 years separated and im dying slowly every day.... I know in my heart that there's no other woman for me. I'd rather die alone than be where I am again today. In saying all that, I'll never give up on trying to win my wife back. My kids deserved a family, and I feel like such a failure for not being able to do that for them.
