I'd say they can be situational allies as we have common foes. But we should never identify with them.

Tradcons resurgence is the price society pays for ignoring men. They won't accept true equality for men, unless the alternative causes them much pain. MAGAs and tradcons can deliver that pain.

I’m a Christian. I’m a conservative. I do believe men need to be the head of the family and the household. There is a Biblical reason for me to feel that way. Now, just because I have this ideal, doesn’t mean I’m against men’s rights. Men ought to have the right to not be discriminated against, they ought to be allowed to express their views without being discriminated against, they ought to be able to free themselves from the injustice as it pertains to an unequal treatment under the law (male criminal offenders are sentenced much harder than women) and this goes for the issue of child support in divorce.

I believe men need more access to DV services (this isn’t largely happening). I believe we need to help men ensure they get the type of mental health treatment they need. If a man wants a male probation officer or social worker for CPS or their probation, that shouldn’t be denied. Men should be better protected against false rape accusations. These do need to be taken more seriously.

I can go on. For you to sit here and try saying I don’t belong because in one area I disagree with you, I think that’s patently unfair. Men should be in combat roles only because they’re simply more lethal. Adding women to combat roles is wrong. I am a former infantryman and intelligence officer in the US Army. Hell, look at how the US responded due to Jessica Lynch…because she was a woman, we had to use a whole lot of resources to get her.

Contrast that with how we treated Michael Durant. We left him behind and had to work behind the scenes to get him. Bill Clinton left him behind. That’s inexcusable.

So no, you trying to say I don’t belong here is a problem, I absolutely agree with the concept of men’s rights, and while I might disagree as to who gets to serve in what roles in the military, it’s a tactical, strategic, and educated reason. I think you need to stop treating ANYONE who might have a different political leaning as you as an enemy. We simply have different political views. Doesn’t mean we can’t work together to achieve an end.

Everyone pushes their point of view. You may not like the tradcon point of view but they are not trying to create laws like the democrats to force their point of view. Secondly the rhetoric from progressives is downright hateful towards men which is not the case fron conservatives. Thirdly, I was not aware 'we' had an official statement of values that apparently the OP is guardian of. Besides, I disagree with your fundamental statement that traditional conservatives are the enemy of men's rights. It's possible to hold some traditional conservative values and still oppose the draft, for example. It's not as black-and-white as you seem to make it.

It's just another point of view.. they appear to want to reinforce traditional male stereotypes that marginalise a significant proportion of men who don't want to or can't fit into their one size fits all view of masculinity. The traditional gender roles for men as Provider, Protector, and Presider are good for both men and society. They were never the problem.

Forced military service is not part of those roles, that's the result of tyrannical governments.

Being Providers and Protectors leans into our natural male instincts. These roles were created as a result of, and to compliment, our nature.

The problem is that the role of Presider has been removed from the family dynamic. This creates a major imbalance to the marriage and family structure by demanding we sacrice everything and not being given any respect or special privilege for it. This is where is where tradcons fail because they don't push that gender role. They're all feminists or controlled by feminists.

If you want your nation and people to last, you have to reconcile with women.
Female nature is to switch to the most bountiful/immediately profitable side, they are programmed to seek status/money/security.
This is a problem that modern "human universalism" has more or less completely sabotaged, and gives the upper hand in society to tyrannical but effective cultures.
Tribalism is never going away, but idealism/utopianism/human universalism completely disarms a peoples national bulwarks for the benefit of strangers.
A united force can outmaneuver a scattered flock.

If you want to only live for your career, your personal comfort, good for you.
If you want family and meaning and belonging, you need to gather your flock and find ways of creating community so that your people can survive through supporting each other.

There will always be predatory women, but you can tame many of the worst tendencies in many of them by showing a sharp tongue, wit, and signs of wanting to commit.
This is easier with community.
There is no global "us", lest you are a "marxist", in which case you as a man in that system is inherently without value, as it distributes earnings "universally" and robs you of your ability to have both meaning and ability to appeal to a female mate.

Ink and gold is meant to serve your blood, your blood isn't meant to be fuel for a machine that runs on ink and gold.
Blood, sweat and tears must always be sacrificed to protect things you love, and achieve difficult/important things.
Sacrifice for your own blood, it is the only thing of you that goes on, gold and ink are just passed on, to your descendants or to complete strangers.
You are life and life is what you can create, and you can make life itself joyous, victorious, thrilling, proud, meaningful, and be grateful for the things you survived and the things you helped create.

Knowing female nature is crucial, but you aren't supposed to run from them.
Know them, tame them and create meaning through a shared project, your child.

I'm all for male dignity, but i think this MGTOW thing can be a trap that makes us miserable and weak.
You don't owe women anything, you owe yourself, and that takes balls, and gives your balls meaning.

I don't think this sub is officially right or left leaning. It's pretty neutral when it comes to American politics. There's a lot of good and bad from both sides of the American political spectrum. It doesn't really seem all that productive to call the right or the left "enemies" outright.

Keep in mind too that a lot of anti-right from the left is rooted in misandry too, as they associate the party, or its lip service to men through traditional ideals of masculinity, with men and therefor something to hate. It's important to stay mindful of that too and not play further into it.

We have reached a point where the role of women can no longer return to what it once was, it is simply unthinkable for society, while no one ever questions men's gender roles. I believe that, as you said, if these tradcons came to power, they would have no problem giving duties to men, but they would absolutely struggle to make women respect gender roles.
