They go over the techniques. They are the OG’s and describe the basics for the first time, especially mystery who came up with many of the concepts for the first time. The seduction game has evolved since then, but still uses the basics it lays out there. Enjoyable read nontheless

it's a book about 'mystery' and his crew and 'the mystery method' which was the 'system' that he taught about how to get girls. (neg, DHV story etc)

lol whatever you do don’t actually try the stuff in that book. I read the book when I was in middle school and it captivated me. Any dude that actually fucks hot girls will tell you how bullshit most of the pua stuff is. The only positive is it might give people the confidence to actually talk to women.
