I have a male friend that is getting ready to go through a divorce. He has 1 kid with this girl. She is wanting 1600 a month in child support. He makes about 800 every 2 weeks. Does this seem like a crazily high amount that she is requesting? He really can't afford to hire a lawyer, even though it seems like he's gonna have to find a way to do just that. She also wants him to pay for all of the child's insurance costs and half of the daycare costs. Is this normal?
