I need to rant a bit. Listen...as we all know, every aspect of a woman’s appearance is scrutinized. We spend mad money talking care of our bodies, so why should we accept a guy who lets himself go?!

I had to roll my eyes because I think a married friend of mine is trying to set me up with her friend, let’s call him Peter Pan. Let me list the reasons this is a hell no.

1) So, this guy is older than me, I’m not exactly sure how old but if he’s in my friend’s age range that means 10-15 years older. NOPE!

2) He is essentially homeless. He lived out of state but apparently where he was living burned to the ground and he had no insurance. He has lost everything, and I sympathize with that, but “everything” for this kind of guy might just mean a trailer, an Xbox, his porn collection, and some ratty clothes. I’m not sure...

3) He’s a grown ass man and he started a go fund me to pay for his transportation back home to do clean up. Ummmm...how was he expecting to get back home in the first place?! What man of that age doesn’t have at least some savings to fall back on?! 🧐

4) He goes by a funky Burning Man-esque name. 🤮

5) But the thing that really got me is that my friend told me: “hey Peter Pan is going to be around for a while, I bet he could really help you out! He’s a big strong guy, plus he’s good looking!! Ha ha!” Now I have not seen Peter Pan in probably a decade or longer. We originally met through another mutual friend and my conversation with him so disgusted me that I could not even register his physical attractiveness (or lack of) at the time. He basically delivered a sermon about the wonders of breast implants (which his friend later swore was a facetious argument) and he told my friend and I that we as twenty something women should totally get them and use them stripping to make lots of money. I didn’t care to find out if he was joking or not, you don’t talk about women’s (or anyone else’s) bodies like that. Only a sociopath would say that to humiliate a woman they just met. Well, out of morbid curiosity I took a look at PP’s profile photo. Wtf...she said “handsome”?!?! He looks grizzled and used up. Why do men think it’s okay to let themselves go?!?! I’m sorry, even elderly women with grey hair know they have to go to the salon to get conditioning treatments and hair toning. And if my salon appointment costs $150-200, these lost boys can sure as fuck head their asses to the salon too! I’m borderline insulted my friend thought I’d go for an aged, homeless, broke, grizzled, sexist scrote! I will not fuck a grey Peepaw, sorry. 👴🏻 🍆 🚫 😳🧐😩
