How much more success were you guys able to have on dating apps (Tinder, Hinge, etc.) when you got jacked versus when you were lean but skinny?

In terms of matches alone, started getting more and with hotter girls. Simple as that.

I've always been in good shape, but in the past I would put up an array of 6 or 7 pictures of different things in my life like the "experts" recommend. One of my face, one studious/more serious one, one of me with a younger cousin (kid), one of me in the gym, one of me doing a hobby, etc. But I always had a smug attitude and look. I only matched with fatties, if for whatever reason I ever swiped right on them.

Since I took the gym up to a new level and really started getting "jacked" (and feeling a renewed sense of power about it), I switched to putting only two pictures up: a head shot of me in the pool looking away at an angle, and one of me in my underwear showing as much as possible without breaking the app guidelines (darken image or cover dick print somehow; i like darkening the image)

Dead serious, I've matched with many more hotter girls. It's not gonna be a witty bio or a bunch of interesting pictures that get you success with higher quality women on Tinder, even if that's what some think. All it takes is making them feel wet and horny when they look at your pic. Being jacked and physically on point is the best way to do that. At least in my experience. You've gotta get the door open before navigating through, and the most successful way of getting the door open immediately is being jacked, maximizing your physical SMV, and showing that off.

Well when i started using Tinder i already was pretty fit, but not really that jacked. At first i didnt even have any pics of me that somehow show of muscles, but when i added those the amout of matches and likes definetly went up quite a bit. It was just one pic on the beach and one in a tanktop with my boys.

What also made a huge difference when i grew a beard and added pics with it.

I’m 6 feet tall and when I was on a dating app I weighed about 220-230ish (upper 20% of body fat so probably 25-30%) and I got one single date after all my time on there.

Now I’m teetering around 210 with less body fat (21%) and with noticeably more muscle but a wise man knows that’s just getting your foot in the door. Even if you just want to hookup you have to be funny, witty, and a good conversationalist who can build rapport and win the girl over all the other available guys. Me personally I’m not even going to get back into the dating scene until I’m a solid 180-190 with 14% or less body fat with a solid definition so I can take a shirtless pic at the beach to flaunt what they could possibly have if they play their cards right.

Quite a bit. going from 230 to 170 and 11% bf was night and day. First, it was the older women hitting me up in dance clubs and open to being shared with their husbands, then it became people with husbands/boyfriends who wanted some no strings attached fun, then it became the hot single girls on campus. Being "lean and skinny" was good to get some action, but being skinny and have some muscle made it a lot more interesting. I never had women fight over me until I was lean similar to a footballer and didn't care if they were in a relationship or not.

Stay lean and grow little by little, if you aren't skinny fat, you can get there first and do a lean bulk once you are there.

Once i got jacked and posted shirtless pics i had over 1800 matches in 6 months. I remade tinder with no pics showing my muscles and barely got any matches. Being a jacked fuckboi gets way more matches

I think you get more success in real life being jacked than on dating apps. Not all women are on dating apps. It’s certain personality traits that go on there. same with dudes, I’m friends with many alphas Over the years, none were on dating apps, I think it’s too easy for that and they like the thrill of the real life hunt

I used the same pics on my profile so I got similar success before and after. The pics don't show my body but my face looks pretty good so it was enough.

I will say, though: the more attractive women tend to want to 'verify' you via snapchat before meeting you, at least for me that came up a lot. When I was pretty in shape and would send a full body pic, it became a pretty guaranteed thing. When I wasn't, I'd often lose them on that.

Jacked online only counts if you're at a near Adonis level of fitness. Anything less than top 10% and you simply don't stand out enough.

If you're big and lean but still only in the top 30% or 20% your best option is meeting girls in real life. In person, even being just fitter than most men will still get you a long, long way.

Ive been skinny, jacked af and overweight. I got most attention as jacked but much more laid as overweight.

Probably because i had more confidence in myself when i was overweight which was years after being jacked.

The thing that has always worked for me is being low bodyfat and muscle. If I went for the more built look and put on some more fat it shows on my face. For example last year I was about 7-8 kgs heavier and I got around 400 matches in 3 months on Tinder. I redownloaded Tinder around 7 weeks ago and now got 2000 matches. My pictures are a mirror selfie, selfie, a picture that shows my fit and a gym picture wearing a tank top that shows my gains. For me I've noticed I get more matches if I don't put a shirtless gym flexing pic but instead a more lowkey one.
