You need to learn the art of judging without emotionally judging. Most people when they think of "judging" they have a emotional reaction as part of their judgment and it's visceral - think of a pedophile getting a 5 year bullshit sentence and the feeling of righteous anger and "I have a 50 cent solution for this guy, a bullet" thought that goes through your head.
