If she is writing a big email about her reasons then she is serious about breaking up with you. However, if you put in a lot of effort you might be able to keep her. She wouldn't write you a long email if she was sure and had no doubts. That email was also for her.

If you want her to keep her, then read her email carefully to really figure out her reasons. Then ask to meet her and try to persuade her to stay and that you will change.
If you don't want to do all that: Write her an email expressing what you liked about her and what you enjoyed about the relationship and wish her the best. Its time to move on. You had an emotional connection with her so at least you can say goodbye and wish her the best. Maybe have one last date with her before you break up with her to say goodbye.
