Women are a LOT more sensitive than men regarding some subjects, and vice versa. Desirability and social awareness are two prime examples of subjects that are very sensitive to women but not for men. They're sensitive to them, they'll talk about them, but since they're sensitive to them they won't take criticism very well, if it must be done it must be done with too much "care for the feelings".
On the other side there are also subjects we're a lot more sensitive towards than women. Strength, intelligence. But it's not a standard to spare men's feelings.

Yes, because most men dress like absolute trash and don't use fashion as a mode of social expression in the same way that women do. A woman critiquing a man's sense of fashion is almost always desired by the man, because most will be willing alter themselves if it means it will make him more attractive. Men with bad style usually just kind of dress like shit, not for reasons of "Self expression" but because they don't wear clothes that fit or match well at all.

Whereas most women don't want a man's advice on how she dresses because most men have a bad eye for fashion and also women genuinely do dress for reasons other than attractiveness. I know that for women my age and younger, "aesthetics" is way more important than looking hot for men. A woman with blue hair is making an aesthetic choice. A guy wearing clothes that don't fit him is making an aesthetic blunder.

That's modern feminism hypocrisy. Women also demand to know a man's height (which is largely genetically determined) while asking a woman's weight (which is largely environmental) is considered rude.
