There is a double standard here yeah but it's more about competitiveness than anything else. Men feel like they're competing with other men for the women. If the woman is getting off with other women then, well, to be blunt, a guy will probably just get turned on rather than feeling as if he's in competition with her.

No. Men don't like to think of their woman having sex with other, or many, men. Men don't care whether a woman they're not investing in or committing to has had, or has, sex with a lot of men. Men love sluts. Sluts are fun for sex. Men pass sluts around like joints at a frat party.

It's not about hate for other men. It's about two things. First and foremost it's about men not wanting to invest in or commit to sluts. A man is fine with having fun with sluts, fucking sluts, and generally doing things with sluts now and then. A man does NOT want to commit to a slut, have a "relationship" of any duration with a slut, or wife up a slut.

Because she's high risk for commitment. Her promiscuity shows immaturity, poor impulse control, poor future time orientation, low self-worth, and very likely some sort of mental/emotional imbalance. What, people expect me to commit blood and treasure to that? People expect me to commit my life and fortune and future to that?

Fuck no.

Second, it's not hate for a man and his sperm, or "men" in general. It's about the fact that she found other men more attractive than she found us, or finds us. It's about the fact that she wanted sex with those men before us. It's about the fact that she wants to fuck those guys; yet demands that the later men she fucks offer up commitment before they get to fuck. It's about the fact that she really doesn't want the later men she fucks; she's using them for her own selfish ends.

I sometimes see guys on the internet say stuff like "just know she's getting dicked down right now" (when it's about LDR), "lol she's probably sucking on some big dick breh" (when it's about a recent mutual break-up) or "he's probably banging her from behind dude" (when it's about a gf getting close to a co-worker). The graphic language and the fake nonchalance always indicated to me that they're either projecting their own insecurities or their own cuckold fantasies onto others something fierce, probably a bit of both. So I think insecurity in the face of competition is probably more important for men who don't like the idea of a woman sleeping with other men.

Same goes for racists who get mad at women of their race sleeping with men from other races. I mean, how threatening must it be to see a woman you feel entitled to sleeping with men you deem inferior to yourself.

In my experience women slut shame far more.

Men slut shame for the following reasons:

Got rejected.
Its already been 'socially approved' IE their gf/female friends are bashing a girl and they agree.
The woman has gone past their 'slut threshold' and is undeniably slutty by any 'local' standards.

Men are pretty much made by nature to compete, the disgust is instinctual revulsion to disease/risks of paternity fraud.

Its far harder for a woman that only shags lesbians to get the clap then a hetero slut...plus a woman that only bangs other women does not pick up on their radar in most cases.

I don't hate other men. Its just every time a woman has sex with another guy, I think "why him, why not me?" which leads to a feeling of implicit rejection, if she chose him it means she didn't choose me. Its like feeling resentful on missing out on a job but still not hating the other applicants.

That's silly. No, even worse than that, but if I say what it actually is, I'll probably get myself an infraction.

There's a very simple logic behind this: a woman sleeping with other men is a bad choice for commitment simply by virtue of you not knowing whether the kids she's having are truly yours. And the more men she sleeps with, the worse it becomes.

Now of course if said sleeping around is a thing of the past, this risk is zero, but no man would ever be able to know - all he has is his knowledge that the woman in question has a history of promiscuity and the probably the nagging feeling that this phase of her life isn't over.

The same doesn't apply to other women, though: a woman can cheat on you with a million women and will never ever get pregnant, but one single guy among them opens up that possibility. Hence men care far less about a woman being bi or bi-curious than about being a slut.

Disagree. It's less of a hate thing and more of a pride/jealousy thing. People tend to like what's theirs to be theirs. Some get uncomfortable with reminders that something might not be exclusive to them. But not all do. Some people are poly, for example. Not for everyone, but it all comes down to you and how you view what is yours and what you view as yours.

Men don't care about sluts. They do care about women they have already emotionally invested in, either by choice or circumstance sleeping with other guys. It's biological because if another man gets the women you're invested in pregnant you've just lost your investment in a very bad way and worse is you might end up expending resources on a genetic line that isn't even yours.

Women hooking up with other women isn't a threat because they can't get each other pregnant, so your emotional investment is 'safe'.

There's probably some truth in this. From personal experience it is usually more insecurity that I didnt get to fuck her that makes me angry. This kind of nonsense is dying now Im older and have got to sew my wild oats a bit, and I have to focus more on other things than where I sling my dick.

P. S. Another thing which just came to my kind is that racist men see a woman who has slept with a man from their hated group as 'damaged goods'. Again, interesting how the focus is not the woman's sexual desire, but the man and his sperm.

As a white man, other races tend to have bigger dicks. So again, it's probably jealousy and some insecurity at play. I live in Asia, my ex was Asian and in her home country she is now "damaged goods". But I'd say there is a bit more at work than just jealousy in that, namely actual racism.
