If you notice a lot of feminist film critics, criticize female fictional characters that cry a lot as "sexist" while they applaud male fictional characters that express emotions.

Now I am the last person who would blame movies for anything, but this was just one example.

Society discourages emotional vulnerability and even men seem to hate it if a woman cries a lot for example or if she needs the man to listen to her without just jumping to solve the problem. (as some have said, a lot of women's problems are solved by just having someone to listen to her because women need to express their emotions)

Since men don't like listening to women, women need to find their friends, their mother, whatever to talk to.

Careers make things worse because of the stress. When my aunt was working at a hospital she used to come to granny's house every evening and drink and just whine. I used to think my aunt was annoying for talking about herself so much and needing people to listen to her but now I have realized that this was healthy for her. (notice that she also came to her mother and me to talk and not her husband, probably because her husband is a bad listener. They seem to have a happy marriage anyway)

Women not expressing their emotions is very unhealthy for them and goes against the feminine energy.

If women just don't express their thoughts, their problems, their emotions (when appropriate) they will just become passive aggressive or develop issues.

(I know I created another thread today, but this will be the last so I hope it won't get deleted)
