This is a ridiculous question. You're essentially asking whether someone would want to know if the person they share their most intimate relationship with has been lying to them the whole time. Have you purposefully ignored all the posts from red pillers saying that they aren't angry that the world works the way it does, they're angry because they've been lied to?

This is exactly why PPD is pointless and gets nowhere, because none of the bloops ever try and empathise with the man's perspective because if you did you'd immediately acknowledge that; 'fuck, yeah, if I'd been lied to, tricked and deceived my whole life I'd be pretty pissed off too.'

I care when anybody fakes anything, ever. Bullshit is totally counter productive, especially women's bullshit. If women stopped caring so much about "I don't want to seem like a bad person" and cared more about "I'm going to accept responsibility for my actions and start being a better person" then entire societies would be better off.

I'd be happy to discuss and consider an open relationship, with rules to minimise the risk of STD's, but it's not a priority for me to be in an open relationship... If she was cheating I'd want to know, and I'd drop her in a heartbeat.

In answer to the OP question, I would only want to know if it bothered her, if it threatened our relationship, and if it made her not want to have sex, or have it significantly less. I assume she would make this known to me. Otherwise, I would be perfectly happy to have her go on faking indefinitely. Ignorance is bliss.

It's actually probably better for her to fake orgasms because as long as you don't know then you can live on with the false belief that you're making her cum every time. Of course, the probability is that she will care about this, and rightly so. But as long as this wasn't the case, I would be happy to continue deluding myself that I was brilliant in bed.

I would care. And order some tickets to a sex therapist and ask her how she likes it in bed. Is it a physical thing, mental thing, or sex position thing? Go through all possibilities. Tell her to get herself off for me. I would be happy if I knew she was genuinely happy in our relationship and I can make her happy and would be feel proud if I was the one I get her off.
