You have no idea who's typing any of the advice you read on red pill, blue pill, or even purple pill. They could be some sort of socially-isolated degenerate in a basement or a morbidly obese person with no social skill surrounded by a bunch of cats.

At least when pickup artists give advice, many of them make live videos. You get to see what they look like, what they sound like, what their mannerisms are like. Unless you feel comfortable with someone's social skills, don't trust their advice on dating, which is something that requires heavy social skills.

Consider the source. Remember that, whenever you take anyone's advice.
