TRP can't be boiled down to suggestions. Fundamentally, TRP is about the theory and the understanding of the world. Suggestions follow from it. We don't have a formula like PUAs do. If you read the sidebar, lotta misogynistic theory and very little self improvement.

? How can someone accept exercising, "game", having a social circle, and being "dominate" etc as legitimate dating advice without accepting the underlying theory that women are shallow, insecure cunts that need to be dominated? This is just an example of how TBP and TRP are the same.

Yes TBP likes the rewards of self improvement but dislikes the misogyny and theory of gender dimorphism, I'm glad we have that established.

Much as I like it when my dad cooks me up a nice roast dinner but I dislike getting my hands covered in gravy in the kitchen, or having to use sharp knives to chop up vegetables and chicken.

If I have to CMV, I would say that TBP is actually averse to the worldview promoted in general, such as 'relationships are adversarial' and 'humans are little smarter than animals'. TBP hates TRP because it lacks that Disneyfication that the former tends to have. TBP gives bad advice, but when confronted with good advice, they'll agree with it... Unless they find out someone who believes in TRP gave it. In that case that good advice becomes horrible advice as far as they are concerned. P

It is spot on as a short term counter to ineffectual passivity and crisis of confidence, but that is not why some people object to it.

The biggest weakness TRP has is that acceptance of their philosophy and rule set without critical thought is an enabler of psychopathy. A marked lack of empathy is inherent in any system used to put self-centered goals ahead of others' interests. Lack of attachment to others is inherent in a philosophy that treats members of the opposite sex as dispensable. A strong focus on methods and means to manipulate others completes the dark triad, while taking a blusterous approach to alpha dominance leads to narcissism, thereby completing the dark tetrad.

TRP can be helpful, but remember that turning over the keys to your personality surrenders control of the one thing you actually do have total control over: your own behavior. There is no deeper or more pervasive a form of submission. Take their philosophies in small parts at a time, think over what is learned there, and be critical about it before changing something about yourself.

The same advice goes for other philosophies as well. There is none that is perfect and complete. Always be careful when seeking to change the way you think and behave. In that state, you are very vulnerable. Make sure that you like the person you become.

This is not meant to berate TRP. I think many of them would agree that they do not aim to create philosophical zombies. Apply what they teach you with reason and sensibility.

I don't agree with this, as I don't think casual sex is a good decision for either men or women. This just isn't reflected in my responses as to what a TRPer's actions should be, as I know that they are horndogs that are looking for shallow casual sex first due to their lack of respect for women rather than looking for relationships, and I was able to adjust my responses realizing this. All it shows is that I could roleplay as a TRPer if I wanted to.

You make the mistake of thinking bp = opposite of trp. The only thing that qualifies someone as being "bluepill" is vehemently disagreeing with trp theory and strategy.

I feel like I have a really good understanding of trp theory and what they would do given a certain situation by reading the sub a lot. I have an older brother who always gave me redpillish advice with women. That doesn't mean I agree with it.

The scenarios also wouldn't touch on all the parts of TRP, just some of them where the advice ended up as similar.
